The condo is located on the second floor and stairs are required to access the unit. There is no elevator.

🐾 Pet Policy (Pre-Approval Required)

We are happy to allow dogs on a case-by-case basis with prior approval.

• Must be low-shedding breeds

🐶 Before booking, guests MUST message us with:

🚫 We do NOT allow:

* Puppies
* Large or high-shedding breeds
* Cats or any other animals

Requirements if approved:
• Dogs must be house-trained
• No barking/whining when left alone
• Must be kenneled when unattended
• Not allowed on furniture or beds
• Must be current on flea/tick prevention
• Guests must clean up after pets outdoors

❗ Unauthorized pets or failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to one of the blue dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Leave white amenity cards on the counter. Key cards that are lost or taken home are charged at $20 per key card to replace.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.
