Two plush sofas are perfectly arranged in front of the TV and an electric indoor fireplace—ideal for movie nights or cozy mornings. THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a second-floor walkup unit with 16 steps required.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• The home is not pet friendly.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
