• Pools, hot tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.
• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog (no more than 30 lbs) may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Portable crib provided.
• Long-term stays allowed.
• Boat trailer parking is available on a first come, first served basis in the parking lot.
