My family and I absolutely loved this house! We stayed in Branson over the long weekend and it was spectacular. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax and the common areas were amazing when everyone wanted to come together. They even had toys and things to do for the kids. We loved every minute of it!

Great stay at Hawthorn House!

This house was perfect for our family's spring break. We had 6 adults and 5 kids; the bedrooms gave us great space - we all appreciated that each had an en suite bath. The living spaces were perfect for us and we loved having the hot tub and fire pit for private use. Getting to activities was a quick ride away. We used the indoor pool some - it was a bit loud for some of us - only a couple screaming kids is all it takes in that space. But it was good sized and the kids had fun there!

Perfect way to start the holiday season.

Everything about this property was absolutely wonderful! We were able to check in a little early because storms were expected in the area. We arrived to find a perfectly furnished, clean and cozy home. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with utensils, pans, cups, and plenty of plates. In short time, the kids started referring to the rental as “our Branson house.” I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again in the future.

This property was perfect for our family vacation with my 3 children and their families. There were 14 of us and lots of room for everyone. The amenities were great. Great Family Stay

Property gave us plenty of space for our entire family. After arriving on the first day, the upstairs water heater went out. The owner Andrew was extremely responsive and helpful to correct the issue. After initially contacting him, a crew was there within 30 minutes and fixed the issue quickly. The rest of the week went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend staying here.

Family vacation

The Hawthorne house is a lovely place. My family, which included me as the host and three of my adult kids with five grandchildren had a great time. Five bedrooms worked out great and loved it that we all had our own bathroom. Nevertheless, there were some practical issues that keep me from giving it five stars. Light bulbs were out in multiple locations. At least three of the bathrooms had loose toilet seats. The stoppers in most bathrooms did not rise enough so that water drained easily in the sinks and the stopper was totally disconnected in the master bedroom on the first floor. One of the rocking chairs on the porch was broken and also one of the kids chairs at the little table. We did appreciate that they had some books and toys for children. Several doors were very squeaky which one notices with little ones taking naps. Also, there was no Kleenex in the whole house. Still our family had a great time and it is a lovely house. I'm sure they can take care of these issues.

My family stayed here and absolutely loved it. Close to everything, house has everything we needed. Great for multiple families. We celebrated my parents 50th Anniversary with kids, spouses, grandkids- it was the perfect spot. Nice areas for everyone to sit and visit but also room to stretch out and have some quite time. Loved it, will definitely stay again!

Great Family Vacation

Location was ideal! Close to get to attractions and restaurants but far enough to not be in congestion. House is 4 doors down from outdoor pool/playground and a short drive around to the very nice indoor pool. Kids aged 2-11 could touch and so much fun. We had 6 adults and 6 kids. The house was perfect. If you have younger kids you should bring a baby monitor. Adult rooms are on the main floor & downstairs, kids rooms are upstairs. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed plus kids plates and cups. A lot of games and activities for kids. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
