Eagle's View - No Stairs - Minutes to SDC

Get together on the back deck to watch the sun setting over the Ozark Mountains and Table Rock Lake. So close to Silver Dollar City you can see and hear the roller coasters! The elevator gives you the scenic benefits of upper level units AND Step Free Access. Guests have access to the resort amenities as well–outdoor pool and splash pad, playground, fitness room, indoor pool, splash pad, and hot tub, and a reservable party/conference room.

THE SPACE
Ride the elevator up and walk inside with keyless entry. This lovely condo boasts an open floor plan with an in-unit washer and dryer and incredible view of the Lake and greenery. Lots of counter space for cooking together or playing games.

The large, welcoming living room and both bedrooms all have a SmartTV to stream or watch cable. Speaking of beds, slide into the crisp white sheets and have the best rest you've had in years! Master bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a connecting door to the hall bathroom.

We are Kid Friendly too! We understand traveling with the little ones so we've provided a pack n play, booster chair, stroller, and a space they can play in without worry. Sip your coffee on the back deck sitting area or lounge around the large outdoor table while making dinner on the electric grill. You'll find everything you need for a wonderful time in Branson!

DAMAGE WAIVER
The damage protection waiver covers accidental damage that is reported to the manager immediately and before check out. It does not cover intentional damage, damage due to guest neglect, or unreported damages by check out. Maximum coverage is $250. Damages over $250 will be the responsibility of the guest.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
The security deposit is a hold placed on your credit card and is not actually charged. The hold is released four days after departure as long as there is no damage above damage waiver limit, extra cleaning needed, or policy violations.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay here, it’s a nice condo, in a great spot. We did find the cleaning to have been fairly poor. Possible that the cleaning team was just having an off day when they cleaned before we came though. Floors were dirty throughout, and the plastic part of the shower curtains just seemed dirty. But as a whole it was clean enough, not smelly or anything. I will also note that while it “technically” doesn’t require stairs. It is on a high floor of the condo complex, there’s just an elevator so that’s how they are getting away with calling it no stairs. Even though there are stairs. But, it has a great view and easy parking!

Holiday Getaway

We decided to plan a revisit to Branson after 35 years. We honeymooned at Big Cedar Lodge after our wedding in 1989. A lot has changed since our last visit. Branson has definitely gotten larger and touristy. Our condo was very nice and it’s right next to Silver Dollar city. A few things to note, however…..the master bed is very FIRM but the 2nd bed is VERY soft and cozy. Also, the condo I perfect if you are hard of hearing or deaf. We were able to hear everything from the connecting condos. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved meeting and patronizing the local asatblishments like The Lake House and SS Dockside. Also a MUST do is Top of the Rock.

Great stay

Our stay was great! The hosts were very easy to contact when we ever did have a question or problem. The only check in issue we had was at the pool. There was a Google form that was supposed to be filled out for us, but was able to get it handled. Our only complaint was the tenants the floor above us. They had kids running around until 1130 pm and we could hear it all. They were then up at 5 running around again. Totally understandable with littles, it just made sleep pretty miserable during those times. And we also had littles. Only other note was that the rug looked very worn and was dirty.

Amazing Getaway

Perfect for a weekend trip to SDC and Branson. We enjoyed the location as it was near SDC and within nature yet still a quick drive from town. Extremely well kept property!

Who Died?

It was dark when we got there and the outside light wasn't on, made it hard to see the keypad. Looked like blood drops outside the door, and a red body bag in the closet had us wondering. Just kidding! Everything was very nice.

Awesome Place!

Really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful view, very clean, great location close to Branson but not in the midst of tourists everywhere. Great view of fireworks every night from Silver Dollar City! Pool and clubhouse was very nice (pool was not heated and chilly in the midst of summer). Only downfall is you have to drive to main pool, because walking on main road is dangerous. But other than that, great place to stay!

Beautiful Property

A Quieter Spot

The condo building stands alone from many of the surrounding condo buildings making for a quieter experience. The front bedroom can get lots of morning sunlight through the blinds. A room darkening curtain could help that. Loved the simple/minimalist decorating scheme. We had plenty of room for our things on the end tables, coffee table and many surfaces.

CLEAN! Great view! Accurate Listing!

Nothing is better to me than a clean property. I can handle just about anything else if I've got a clean place to stay. The location was great. It was far enough away from the traffic areas and fun to hear and see the coasters at Silver Dollar. The views from our patio were awesome. Even though we were in such a green area near the water, we didnt have any bugs bothering us when we sat outside. We even at out there once or twice. It's a condo/apartment, so please don't be one of those people who books the place and then complains about noise from neighbors 😊. We had to reach out to the owners only because we found someone's phone left behind, but they responded in less than 5 minutes. My only suggestion would be blackout curtains for the windows, but I'm also a bit of a vampire. This was a property that provided all the necessities like trash bags, TP, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent. That was a great extra touch because I brought all of that and didnt have to unpack that particular bag 💪. Comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of storage. Plenty of extra towels and rags. Both bathroomes are ensuite which is so nice if youre traveling with someone you'd like more privacy from. The extra fans provided were great too. Another thing I didn't have to unpack. I dont think we would look for another place if we came back to Branson unless we needed more space. The owners have pride in their property, and you can see that when you stay.

Very nice condo close to Silver Dollar City with great view of lake.

Condo was just as pictured in ad. The balcony views are beautiful and the lake and mountains with a view is SDC. It was a quick turn left to SDC or turn right and take a short drive to a State park for swimming.
