This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a cable TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #4 is a lofted bedroom that includes a twin-over-queen bunkbed and a TV, DVD player, and VCR.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a 2nd-floor walkup unit, with 18 steps required (No elevator access)

• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 2 vehicles. Guests will be given their parking passes at the gate.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.







This enviable location places you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
