Your Fairways Paradise luxury walk-in suite requires no steps or stairs to access, and it beautifully overlooks the Thousand Hills Golf Course right in the heart of Branson! It also has one of the most breathtaking views in Branson from its large, enclosed sunroom! Located within the Fairways at Thousand Hills and just off 76 Country Blvd. (the Main Strip), 10 minutes to Silver Dollar City, 5 minutes to the Branson Landing, and just three blocks from the Aquarium at the Boardwalk!

Additional entertainment features include large LED TVs mounted in each room with smart TV access in the living room, cable TV package, books, table games, & free High Speed Wireless Internet access throughout!

We personally clean, manage, and maintain this property to ensure everything is perfect for your stay! It comes fully stocked with all of the comforts of home, including: a full-sized kitchen, all major appliances, cookware, dishware, cooking utensils, standard & Keurig coffee makers (with all supplies provided), and so much more! You couldn't ask for a better location as it's only two blocks from the main strip and right by so many world-class attractions, shopping opportunities, and restaurants!

Parking was right in front of the unit with easy access. There were so many special touches that made it very welcoming. Lovely decor, great kitchen furnished with everything that you might need, comfortable bed, recliners for lounging. Good central location. It was very clean. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this to anyone.

My sisters and I ( all in our 70’s) stayed here four nights. The property was beyond our expectations. It was clean, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a huge handicap walk in shower. It is located near the main drag with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We would absolutely stay here again.

Loved the property. It had pretty much everything we needed for my mom, including the roll-in shower and taller toilets. It was also close the strip and very clean!

Girls Trip

Property was perfect for a girls trip with the baby’s first mini vacation! Adam was wonderful to work with! The condo is perfect with the king beds in the bedrooms!

Great stay

This condo was very spacious, very clean with comfortable beds. The roll-in shower was a wonderful perk for ADA required guest. We will definitely stay her again on our next trip to Branson.

The property was immaculate, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Location was wonderful, very safe, lots of parking. Handicap accessible, no stairs. Relaxing sunroom with a beautiful view. Property manager was great, check in was easy. Had a question on the TV remote and received a response immediately. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent condo in Branson!

An excellent property centrally located just off the strip, but close to everything, with an amazing view from the sunroom. The condo was just as advertised. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this property!

This is a perfect property with NO stairs!

I searched for days before I found this perfect property. Perfect because it was clean, the beds were comfortable, the view beautiful from the sunroom, the living room furniture comfortable, the kitchen fully furnished, it included laundry facilities in the condo, the communication with Adam was great, etc. and we would defiinitely stay here again if we go to Branson! The main feature that we really needed (my husband uses a walker) was that there are NO stairs! I found that this feature is difficult to find in Branson condos. We highly recommend this condo - you will LOVE it!!

Home away from home

Overall, it was wonderful! It was our first time renting a VRBO so we didn't really know what to expect, but it was so much better than being in a hotel. Location was perfect as well as the unit itself. We'll definitely be back.

Condo was beautiful, extremely well maintained and clean. Beds were super comfortable. Enclosed patio was so enjoyable overlooking the golf course. Extremely convenient to main road hwy 76. Very centrally located and cloae to everything. Will definitely stay again. Wonderful experience. Hated to see our stay come to an end.

Great location and a terrific unit.

Beautiful, well furnished unit, in a location that connects well with Branson. The only problem (really my question) got a response from Adam within 10 minutes. If/when we return to Branson and there are 4 or less travelers, I will attempt to get this unit.

Just as described!

This unit has zero steps! The easy access made moving in and out a breeze. The condo was clean and well maintained. I always bring my own skillet for frying bacon and eggs because rentals can be equipped with well used - subpar pans. However, not this kitchen! Everything was top notch. The porch is enclosed for an added bonus room. Would recommend!

Everything in this condo is exactly as listed, no secrets hidden inside after we arrived. My sister uses a rollator to steady herself walking so the smooth entry with not even one step was perfect. Parking was right in front of the building. She really enjoyed the walk-in shower in the second bedroom.We loved having two recliners in the living room, and always look for at least one in the photos when searching. Plenty of comfortable seating.The entire unit is immaculately clean, dishes and cookware in the kitchen are all in really good condition. (No ratty cookware in this place!) We also love the easy access from the Yellow Route, not hard to find the property.Adam is a great host, and is quick to respond to questions.

Clean and Comfortable

We like to stay in condos to have more room and a table to eat at and be able to relax. This condo met all of our expectations and then some! We had a minor problem with the heat, but Adam took care of that in a timely manner. The condo had such a homey feel to it. I love the lay out and the interior has all recently been redone! We were able to park by the walkway and it was just a short distance to the door. No steps! The condo smelt really good which was nice, but I will say, if you are allergic to Febreeze, you might see if they could clean without using it. I'm going to mention that next time because we will definitely be staying in this condo again!
