Welcome to Anchor Landing! This beautiful home is located in the Château Cove community with GORGEOUS VIEWS of TABLE ROCK LAKE here in the fun-filled city of Branson, Missouri! Space for your large group will not be a problem in this large 3-story home that can sleep up to 35 PEOPLE! 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms allow for everyone to have their own space while the large kitchen, 2 living rooms, and 3 BACK DECKS provide all the opportunities you want for everyone to be together!
The Space:
The HOT TUB, 2 FIRE PITS, pool table, air hockey, foosball table, shuffleboard, and arcade game offer something fun for everyone!!
Guest Access:
The whole home is all yours for you and your guests! You will also have access to all the neighborhood community amenities including the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, the playground, and the walking trail down to a little cove of Table Rock Lake!
The Neighborhood:
The well thought out neighborhood also provides endless opportunities for memories to be made! Just a few houses down is the INDOOR POOL complete with a sauna for the adults, umbrella fountains for the kids, and large glass garage doors that can open up with more views of Table Rock Lake for everyone! Out the front door of the house and up an outdoor staircase is the zero-entry OUTDOOR POOL where there are more umbrella fountains to enjoy, lots of lounge seating, more views of Table Rock Lake, AND the neighborhood PLAYGROUND for all the little ones!! Then, at the end of our street is access to Table Rock Lake! Enjoy the short wooded trail down to the neighborhood’s SECLUDED COVE! Bring your poles if you want to go FISHING, bring your floats if you want to go SWIMMING, or bring a lawn chair if you just want to sit back and ENJOY THE VIEW!
Getting Around:
Location at this home could not be more ideal to enjoy all that Branson has to offer! Take your group out on a boat from Château MARINA (3 minutes away) or the State Park MARINA (10 minutes away)! Go swimming at MOONSHINE BEACH (5 minutes away)! Have a fun-filled day at the city’s old-fashioned theme park, SILVER DOLLAR CITY (10 minutes away)! Or enjoy an endless amount of activities on the BRANSON 76 STRIP (8 minutes away)!

Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.
