The hotel is getting old but it was clean. The location was great. It is right on the main drag and everything is close. We were there for two nights and I would probably use this hotel if we go back to Branson.

Hotel was undergoing a major renovation. In order to get better, things need to be a little messy and scrunched. The Breakfast was minimal compared to a breakfast you'd expect at Hampton Inn, but it worked for 1 morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was in a great location. I'm sure the hotel will be even better after their remodel is complete.

Clean, easy, comfortable

Needed a one night stay in Branson. This is on the main road but you can avoid much of the congestion. Friendly and clean. Loud children in the room next door but can’t blame that on the hotel.

I’ve always loved the Hampton Inn. The beds are absolutely amazing and so comfortable. This one was especially nice. The room’s furnishings were more higher end; not your basic hotel furniture. The bathroom had quartz countertops and there was even a small wet bar. Breakfast was very good with a variety of dishes including waffles and omelettes. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

The staff at the Hampton Inn were very courteous. The breakfast was outstanding and lots of options. The kitchen staff was friendly and all the counters were clean. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The beds were very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again. Great location for walking the strip. This was the first trip for our dog and he was welcomed by the staff.

I liked the spacious room, the friendliness of staff, and the convenient location to other places we went.. I did appreciate the staff, and their attempts to make the stay go well. I suspect they are all facing the very difficult task of making guests happy. They deserve something extra for treating people with kindness, in the face of adversity. I did NOT like the renovation going on, and not knowing about it before arriving. It made being there somewhat difficult. Also, did NOT like the breakfast, although I realize there were limited options.

Property outdated, carpet frayed, couch broken down. Could hardly sit on it. Breakfast not good. Hot food not very palatable. Waffles were good. Staff friendly and knowledgable.

I appreciated the staff engagement with us to make sure things were to our satisfaction. Our room was comfortable and very large. Really liked the two sink options (one in with the shower/toilet; one outside that room). Breakfast was well attended to and plenty of seating. Only negatives is maybe a refresher needed for paint and flooring in some areas. That said, it was comfortable and overall taken care of appropriately. thanks!
