The living area boasts a comfy seating area that surrounds a smart TV and a warm fireplace. Large glass sliders open onto the outdoor deck, which features a coffee table and sprawling green views.



The adjoining open-plan kitchen is airy, stocked with modern cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances including a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator and wineware. The 3-bar stool area is perfect for cocktail soirees, while the 8-seater indoor dining table makes for intimate family dinners.



The home accommodates 10 guests in total.



Located next to the living area, #bedroom 1 is furnished with a queen-size bed, a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

#Bedroom 3 is located upstairs with a full bed, a twin bed and a Murphy bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Upper level unit. (16 Steps). NO ELEVATOR.

- An additional full-size murphy bed is provided in the loft for guest use.

- A washer/dryer is included.

- Parking is available onsite.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.
