New years celebrations

We absolutely loved the house! It was very easy too book and communicate. The house is big and has enough space for everyone. Very nice and clean. I would highly recommend the house.

Carpet needs to be shampooed and not getting a good clean from your cleaning crew.

The house was worn and not as depicted in pictures. Scrapes on the hardwood floor and cobwebs in corners. We were less than impressed. The bunk room should have a disclaimer than the beds are short - almost child size and certainly not comfortable for an adult. Like sleeping on a board. And there is no room in the bunk room for clothes, luggage, anything other than sleeping. Many things did not work - coffee maker, burners on the gas grill, shuffleboard. The blackstone was horribly dirty. Hot tub was nice but difficult to get into because the stand to hold the cover was bent so we barely used it. We made the best of it but were highly disappointed and family even opted to get a hotel rather than use the uncomfortable and small beds in bunk room. Not worth the price we paid at all. We will not return though the location was great and shared pool was nice.

Not what you think…

On the first night of our 2 night stay we found out that none of the showers in the entire house had any water pressure. As there were 16 grown men in the house we expected to be moved to another unit. The only thing the management did was to send a handy man to tell us he couldn’t fix it and that we could use the house next door to use the showers. This was completely unacceptable to our party. The management also refused to compensate us with any discount for not being able to use any of the showers. These houses look nice but are unfortunately very poor craftsmanship and quality.

So for starters we showed up and paid an outrageous price for this place and it was not cleaned properly we found hair all over the place the toilets were not clean the beds we're just remade and not made properly the 2nd time. The view was incredible but the unit was not cleaned properly nor was it ready for guests definitely not worth a $500 cleaning fee and all the other extra stuff that was charged to me the rental was nice but was neglected in the cleaning process I found dirty cookware in the drawers and Cabinets.. we found a random sock in our bed... I'm just overall not happy with what I was charged and how it was just a surface clean...
