The bedroom boasts a spacious king-sized bed, perfect for a good night's rest, with plenty of closet space to store your belongings, and a large, high-definition flatscreen television to enjoy your favorite shows and movies. The open great room is perfect for relaxing and entertaining, with a cozy living area, featuring a warm fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining table that can comfortably seat up to four people.

Additionally, for extra sleeping arrangements, guests can make use of a full-size Murphy bed, cleverly tucked away in the living area, and a convenient pull-out sofa sleeper, providing ample space for everyone to rest and relax in comfort.

Fair Experience
The location was beautiful. The communication sends out automated texts that may or may not be applicable to your stay. We changed our dates by a day and they did not update that in their system so I was very confused on my end on when we could check in or if they even had the right days. The rooms didn’t feel super clean to me, behind the Murphy bed was disgusting. I asked them to pick up our trash, and it stayed outside our room for two days while the stray dogs went thru it and tore it apart. We had a bag of towels that stayed on our porch the entire visit, I wasn’t even sure if they were clean or dirty- no communication. I would say overall it was just a fair stay.

Clean, pretty features, but…
The inside was clean and charming. There was a pretty view out the back window. But it smelled like sewage outside the whole time we were there, so no hanging out on the back deck. The tv in the living room by the fireplace only had the bare minimum channels with no option to Bluetooth your device for streaming. The walls were also thin. This was a bottom floor unit. We listened to the kids above us run around all evening and night. We could also hear the water running very loudly in the pipes in the walls anytime water was ran upstairs. It was so loud it even woke us up. Nothing was terrible (except the smell outside), but we probably won’t stay here again for the price.

Nice small clean condo
We enjoyed our weekend. Condo was clean. The odor that has been spoken about stayed outside so wasnt big issue for us. However the hot tub available was very dirty and the jets werent working. I feel the resort has not paid attention to the upkeep of this part of thier property as we noticed newer condos with salt water pool and hot tub. This area was beautiful but too far to walk and we were not interested in getting back into our vehicle wet. I did reach out and got immediate response but noone ever cleaned the hot tub. I knew the jets being fixed probably wouldnt happen quickly but a simple cleaning would've been great cuz the tub was hot and running, just no jets. Disappointed with this. Condo bathroom very small but served its purpose. Tall men be careful as the cabinet above the toilet got my husband twice in middle of the night. The boat docks looked very new and seemed to be nice parking for trailors. We wouldcconsider staying here again. Beautiful piece of property and not over priced. Beds were not bad and plenty of pillows. Kitchen clean and had everything we needed. Decor and finishes were very nice as pictured also. We saw deer every morning right from balcony also!

Perfect Couples Getaway
We had an absolute wonderful experience and will be back! The kitchen was well stocked but there was also some great places to eat very close by. The patio has great views of the water, sunrises and wildlife. Bring your own comfy chairs as we did if you like to hang out on the patio and relax. The pools looked great but we loved the easy dock and lake access right outside our door . We passed on the “grill area” as it was not kept up. We even had delicious pizza delivered one night and was able to hear a live band playing somewhere close by out on the patio. There was some construction going on behind us but inside with the doors closed was absolute peace and quiet. The hiking trail was nice and it was a short drive into Branson and all of the activities. No cable tv but so many apps to choose from for morning news and nighttime movies. My only minor complaint would be that the outside areas were not kept up. Hoses and pieces of pipe and trash was scattered about from the day we arrived until the day we departed around the complex BUT everything else was great so we will be back!

Close to water
I booked this condo because of the access to water and it was a late booking for july 4th. The condo its self was acceptable. Once we went to the balcony there was a pretty strong sewer smell anytime the breeze picked up. We also had a large wasp colony living in the wall outside on the balcony. Im not allergic to wasps but my wife could have been. Luckily the young guy at the front desk brought us a can of good wasp spray. The saving grace on this condo is the close proximity to water and the fact that you could swim anywhere. I have definitely stayed in better for the same money on indian point.

Super clean and great for our family of 4
The condo worked perfect for our family of 4. It was clean and well kept. Having access to kayaks and pools as well as seeing babies ( deer, geese, ducks, woodpeckers) every day off the balcony was a huge bonus. It was definitely nice to stay in the lake but still be close to town if we needed it. The only few draw backs that we had are completely outside of the control of the owner …..outside the condo there was a septic type smell…. It was not every day and was not inside the condo at all, there was construction crews parking at the top of the lot that made exiting and parking difficult and we thought the condo was a walkout to the lake. That was our misunderstanding from the listing. The pictures are exactly accurate we just thought 60 ft from the lake and needing to walk downstairs to get to the condo meant we were on the ground floor so that was a little disappointing.
