The best stay ever!!

We’ve been coming to Branson for years!! This is hands down the best place we have stayed yet! Super clean, comfortable and the view is to die for! Will definitely be booking again! Host was very responsive and easy to contact.

Beautiful Lakefront Condo

This was such a beautiful little oasis outside of Branson! We really enjoyed the views, comfort and cleanliness of the condo, and the added touch of a Christmas tree! Will absolutely stay again!

Great Place to Stay!

Condo was great. New & clean. It was a beautiful place. I wish the hot tub had been working when we were there, but other than that things were great! We would stay there again.

Best palce we've stayed in Branson!!

Prporty mangers were great. Reponsive and helpful, answered my questions immediately. Property was perfect for our family. Close enough for easy travel to attractions but far enough away to be quiet, no road noise. Super clean and beautifully decorated. Our new Branson home away from home

Branson extended weekened

Enjoyed the property, view and pool. A good location to reach attractions in the local area. Elevator was nice for older parents and luggage. Lots of communications from property manager. Free tickets a bonus.

Great condo

This condo was a great stay. Very clean and such great decor. The layout was perfect and love that all bedrooms had king beds. It was nice having an elevator when taking luggage up and down. We did wish the refrigerator had built in water option. With that being said, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this condo.

Lovely property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to Briarwood Shores. The property was different than others we have stayed in over our many years of visits to Branson, MO. The layout was ideal for this particular trip during which we were scheduled to move our oldest daughter into college and had my mother en tow, along with our family of four. The view of Lake Taneycomo was very nice, and would undoubtedly be enjoyed in the milder months of the year from the condo's balcony/veranda.

Girls Trip

Super cute property! Decorated perfectly. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was great. Only thing to be aware of is there is people above you so you can hear them very clearly if they are children! The host can’t help that so can’t hold it against them.

Great condo in a great location

Our family of five spent some time in Branson between Christmas and New Years. We really enjoyed the condo, and it's location was outside the busy areas of Branson but a very short drive away. The condo was clean and the view over the lake was wonderful. Our only complaint was the noisyness of the neighbors upstairs who had kids running around and a dog barking. That is outside the control of the condo owner, so we still gave it a full 5-star rating.

Excellent accommodations

Beautiful condo, lots of room. Our condo was close to the Landing, hardly any traffic. We also went to Dixie Stampede, which was very close and lots of fun and the traffic was very light in and out of there as well. The pool was very well maintained, some loose tile around the pool though. The hot tub was out of order. Pool maintenance guy advised parts have been on back order for a while now. Excellent time and would choose this one again!!

Quiet and peaceful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Briarwood Shores Lakefront Condo. This is new construction , so everything was neat, clean and fresh. All the bedrooms have king size beds. The view of the lake was refreshing. All the bedrooms have king sized beds. The condo had an elevator so we didn’t have to climb the stairs. The decorator did an awesome job! FYI- I wish I had known that there were no seasonings, included salt, and no coffee filters.

Cute but not very comfortable

This place is decorated very nicely and still smelled brand new. Everything was very clean. The location can’t be beat - close to attractions but tucked away. My biggest complaint: It is evident that the interior designer for this condo prioritized aesthetics over comfort. The sofa is the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on! Look at the pics and you’ll see the back of the sofa only goes about halfway up your back so if you are looking to relax, you won’t be able to do it here! We had some very long days and wanted to come back and relax, especially me being 7 months pregnant and the couch was so disappointing. The chairs on the deck weren't very comfortable either. Overall lovely place but needs an update for more comfortable furniture.

Great stay

This condo was not only beautiful, clean, and spacious but the location was great. The view of the river off the back deck was stunning. We had a total of 6 guests in our condo and had so much room. Each room was great size. Beds were comfortable. It was such a great stay, perfect for my family. Top of the list to stay at again for sure.

The view was beautiful. The residence was beautiful. Communication with the property was always good. We were able to fish off of the dock. And caught fish! Only request for the dock area is seating closer to the rails and a place to rest your poles on the rail.We will be back next year!

Wonderful Stay!!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was lovely and very clean. A great view of the lake from our deck. The neighbors were a bit noisy but other than that we had no complaints. Rent Branson was very helpful with all our questions.

We had such a fantastic stay at Briarwood Shores! From the moment we arrived, the check-in and check-out process was wonderfully easy. Our condo was not just clean, but also incredibly well-organized and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The location was superb, offering convenient access to everything we wanted to do. And the pool and the breathtaking views were simply unforgettable. We're already planning our next trip back!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The condo was spacious and ideal for our family, including teens. We especially appreciated having our own bathroom separate from the kids, and the fact that each room featured a king bed was a huge plus.The kitchen and living area were large and comfortable, giving us plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company and the beautiful views. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get; the condo looked just like the pictures and did not disappoint.Typically, I’m ready to head home by the end of a trip, but I was genuinely glad we added two extra days to our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Branson. The location was perfect for us, peaceful and away from the busy areas, yet just minutes from all the fun places.Our host was amazing and stayed available throughout our visit, which made everything even better. Thank you for helping make our fall break truly memorable!

BriarShores condo Branson

The condo was spotless upon arrival, with fresh linens and towels. The bathrooms were sparkling clean.The photos and description accurately reflected this beautiful property. The living space was cozy and inviting. The rental's location was perfect, quiet and peaceful – on Lake Taneycomo but also close to Table Rock Lake and local shops. The listing provided all the necessary details about amenities, location, and nearby attractions. The host was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout our stay, from booking to checkout. I would happily give this condo a 5 Star Rating.

Branson stay

We loved the location, the view and the set up of the property. But the dishwasher was not working and was omitting this awful smell it would burn your throat (they offered to have maintenance come but with a toddler, that's not super fun to entertain maintenance), the towel track came off the wall and none of the tvs in the bedrooms worked the entirety of the stay. The home was decently clean, some of the comforters looked unwashed so we used other blankets. Overall it was okay and we would stay here again after they work some of the kinks out.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Worst experience ever, spent 3,000 and was treated horribly. No answer from anyone and was given the runaround every single time I asked about any of the issues following! Hot tub was disgusting and had no dirty water in it. When I told them about this, they told me they were aware and someone had been working on it, LIE! See pictures and you be the judge! Public area near pool had toilets that were overflowing with sewage, pics included - entire area smelled like a sewer. I was lied to about a boat slip and was only told when I arrived that they did have one but was managed by Scotty's and would cost 75/night, this is insane. Trash was overflowing constantly! I was told the hot tub was fixed and I'm sure this will be their response but it was not. A local handy man came by to "fix" and basically drained the water out and filled with clean, water never got hot! I spoke with Carl, Bryana (Reservations Manager) from RENT BRANSON and was told they were looking into this but they were only responsible for the inside of the condo, anything outside was not their problem! I was told numerous times someone would follow up, nothing! I was told they turned the issue over to their Guest Relations team and someone would follow up at the conclusion of my stay, I have not heard from RENT BRANSON! Horrible customer service, horrible experience and I would recommend anyone who is looking to stay at this property or any of RENT BRANSON properties, stop and reconsider!
