Enjoy Branson and relax in this remodeled and very spacious condo loaded with amenities at the popular Thousand Hills Golf Resort. Elegance and luxury awaits you in this stunning condo that provides you with comfort, beautiful décor, furnishings, upscale amenities, and the perfect location in the Heart of Branson just behind the famous 76 Strip. The condo is just minutes away from everything Branson has to offer for your memorable vacation.

Our condo is fully equipped with all the comforts of home including a 55' HDTV in the living area, electric fireplace, cable and WIFI, comfortable king beds with foam topped mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, and a lovely patio with an electric grill to relax on after a fun day in Branson.

This condo is a very large two-bedroom with two king beds, a twin bed and trundle and two attached bathrooms, a large living/dining room, and kitchen. We also have a high-quality self-inflating air mattress that can be utilized to sleep two additional guests for a total of 8. The condo is spacious; just under 1,400 sq. ft. which will give your group plenty of room to spread out and enjoy both time together and apart during your vacation.

We are also located directly across the street from the clubhouse which includes an indoor-outdoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, and fitness area. This is a can't miss opportunity and condo for the entire family that promises not to disappoint.

You will have full use of the condo and associated patios. You will also have full access to all resort amenities. In the event of a pool or amenity closure due to unexpected reasons or emergencies there will be no refund.

This is a fabulous condo location! This upscale and remodeled farmhouse chic condo is just blocks away from Branson's famous 76 Country Music Blvd and just minutes away from all the entertainment with easy access to shows, restaurants, shopping, and activities for the entire family.

Just a few short miles, you can be at either Table Rock Lake or Lake Taneycomo and enjoy water sports, fishing, and outdoor fun.

Historic downtown Main Street and the Branson Landing are also just a very short drive away. You will be amazed at what a truly great location this is in the heart of Branson for your peaceful and relaxing stay in Branson.

This is a self-catering property, but we do provide the basics to get you started - coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and basic cleaning supplies. If you need additional items or quantities of those provided, please feel free to provide those. Multiple grocery and convenience stores are nearby.

We will provide you with the full address and door access information one day before arrival. Many property details can be found in the listing online or in the App. Quiet hours both in the condo and on the porches are strictly enforced from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.

No smoking of any kind is allowed in the condo. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 charge.
