  • This is a 2nd floor 350 sq ft Studio, that can sleep up to 4 people. It overlooks the pool and has lake view. There are 2 queen size beds, small size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, TV, bathroom has a stand alone shower. We are only 3 miles from Silver Dollar City, with no traffic to get in to the park. We are 100 yards from Indian Point Marina, which has boat rentals, and water sports rentals, a floating cafe and public launch sites.

Cute and quiet

Place was as advertised. Right on table rock lake. Very quiet area this time of year. Cute room, came with TV, fridge, microwave, coffee pot.. only complaint was no heat or a/c. Easy access to silver dollar city! Would reccomend this place to stay!

Clean, simple room, soft bed and hot shower. No frills but would stay again fit sure. Great area on the lake with a couple of nice bar/ restaurants within walking distance.

Good Enough For Price

We stayed at the property for the weekend. To check in, you have to go into their little store and get your key; it was fine and the guy was very friendly, but not what was advertised. The room itself was good enough for the price. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only real problems were that the walls are SUPER thin and you can hear everyone around you and the door’s lock wasn’t super secure. Overall, it was fine for what it was and the people were very nice.

Great Location Indian Point

The location was perfect for us, right by the Indian Point Marina. We had room to park our boat. They were not picky about being on the grass. The rooms were clean and the a/c worked.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was closed. But the resort next to them allowed us to use there pool.

Very convenient

The location is fantastic. It's just a couple minutes to Silver dollar city and boat ramps. I was there for the boating/fishing, which turned out pretty good. There are lots of fish to be caught. The room was a studio with 2 beds. It was nice. It had been remolded recently. The room was clean. The owners were very nice. The convenient store is where you check in and was great. They were very informative and if you needed any snacks, drinks, or basic supplies they had them. I recommend this location.

We lived our beach themed studio! It was clean and comfortable. The owners were fantastic and checked us in early. They made suggestions of things to check out during our stay. Will be back!!

Manager was very nice.

HomeAway had listed the room I booked which had 2 beds. When I got there, a different room had been booked but I had the information on my phone for the original room. We worked it out with the manager. I saw the people in the room I thought I booked and they had booked it in February. It was still on HomeAway the week before our stay. I tried to book a room 2 weeks from now on HomeAway from another area resort but thought I’d call to double check and that room was already booked too! Bottom line, Cottage Resort is great for a nice low priced room. But double check And verify your booking!!
