This house was beautiful and had a beautiful view! The owners literally thought of everything. There was hand soap in all the bathrooms along with body wash and shampoo and conditioner. Every bathroom had a blow dryer and enough toilet paper and garbage bags for the whole trip! Very close to the strip and the recommendations from the owner for things to do and places to eat was so helpful! 10/10

Our family of 18 have stayed in multiple locations, and this is probably our favorite spot yet! The rooms were all in great shape and easily accommodated all of our families. Each room having a bathroom was certainly a plus as well! The location is great too - a wonderful view of the lake and only a few minutes drive to all of the local attractions. The pool was crowded in the summer days we were there but was welcome especially for the kids on those hot summer days. The slide was certainly a hit for the children too! The only nitpick we might have was we ran out of propane cooking burgers the first night we were there, but I can't really think of any other negative. We'd definitely come back in the future - it was well liked by everyone!

We have stayed at many VRBO houses and the organization and communication from Beth was the best we have encountered. Our party was 10 adults and 9 children ranging from 3 months to 6 years. The bedroom and bath situation, and the proximity to the pool worked very well for our group. The view of the lake was very nice. Beth is a great host!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

The place and the view is as amazing as the pictures show. It’s also very conveniently located near town, the lake marina and Silver Dollar City. My family will be coming back.

The house was awesome! We had all the space we needed. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. The view of Table Rock Lake was really nice. Our grand daughter loved all the fireflies in evening. We don’t get those in southeast Texas. Will definitely stay at another one of Beth’s places on our next trip to Branson. She is very easy to work with.

Couldn’t have asked for more

Absolutely perfect for our trip. Exceedingly spacious and amazing views of the lake. The best part is that the house is at the top of the development, so you have great privacy. Couldn’t believe how many rooms there were, and the decks are perfect for lounging outside in the evenings. Would definitely come back again!

Repeat stay at one if the 'Chateau' property

Family of 13 returned again in 2024 and had a wonderful stay. The house is as described and very comfortable, scenic, and well-located for Branson activities. Beth was wonderful and attentive prior to the visit. We had no issues and highly recommend to other families/groups. We hope to stay again soon.

Best View of the Lake

What a wonderful Labor Day weekend spent at this property. We loved the gorgeous view of the lake and that the property sets apart from most of the other houses. Plenty of space for all 17 of us (adults down to a 1 year old) - especially loved all the seating in the kitchen. Everyone made sure to be home in time for the sunsets each night and the location was great for quick trips into Branson or the day spent at Silver Dollar City. Will definitely be on the list of properties to stay at again!

Great house, great location!

We had family visiting from three states to gather for a 50th wedding anniversary/family reunion. The house perfectly accommodated 14 of us; it can sleep more, but this home allowed the right setup for room sharing and privacy, etc. Each room had its own bathroom, and two living spaces allowed kids to play games downstairs while adults hung out together in the upstairs kitchen/living area. The back deck was great for morning coffee and the lower patio and fire pit got a lot of s'mores use! We didn't realize it at the time, but this house is nicely separated from other houses in the development. It's at the end of the lane, so there are no houses behind it, and there's a large parking area between the only neighboring house. It gave us a nice feeling of more privacy and not having to hear neighbors. We'd love to come back again!

Perfect house to enjoy a beautiful place!

I can’t say enough about how perfect this house was for our annual family vacation! The number of bedrooms with private bathrooms accommodated our multi-generational family vacation perfectly! The kitchen was well stocked for preparing our family meals and we enjoyed the balcony and beautiful views every evening. The communication was perfect and the owners were extremely responsive to our minor problems. One of our family members left behind an item and housekeeping found it and it is being shipped to us! We are very grateful. We loved the area. We docked our small boat at State Park Marina and rented the very large Big Kahuna pontoon boat to accommodate the entire family. We had so much fun enjoying Table Rock Lake! We also enjoyed Big Cedar lodge. I highly recommend the Lost Canyon Nature Trails (where else can you buy a drink in a cave?) and dinner at Osage. Don’t miss the sunset ceremony. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent house!!

We have a big family including grandparents, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and this house accommodated us all! Everything was perfect. Plenty of room , privacy, gathering space and everything you need to cook meals. We loved it!!

Quiet Escape for All Ages Close to the Fun

We had a spectacular stay the week before Christmas! Our big family vacation was even more fun due to this great home! The location is close to town for the action but far enough away that it was so quiet and peaceful! The layout couldn’t have been any better. Three floors with tons of seating, tvs, entertainment and the extra fridge were major bonuses! We were all able to spread out and enjoy our time but also be altogether in one space as well. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautiful! The huge kitchen with dining seats for all of us was another huge plus. The shuffleboard table and arcade were huge hits as was the hot tub! Thanks again for the great communication and sharing your home with our family! Merry Christmas!

Family Christmas weekend

This house was everything we needed and more. We had plenty of room and seating to accommodate our family. We loved the hot tub, games, and indoor pool at the clubhouse. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Weekend Getaway (Oct 2023)

The residence was spectacular in all aspects. The rooms, the beds, the extras, the space, the neighborhood, the location, everything! It was a great weekend. Annual Family Trip

The house was amazing and fit our family needs perfectly. 9 adults 3 teens and 2 kids. The views from the back decks of the lake and sunsets are awesome. This was an annual trip where we get all the family under one roof for a weekend. We enjoyed a day in Branson playing golf and go carts, finishing off the day with a Murder Mystery play at the old Majestic Theater. Would highly recommend the play. We also enjoyed a day walking the lake path from the dam down to the Marina, stopping to pick persimmons and skip rocks in the lake.

Branson

The property is wonderful overall! The numerous bedrooms and bathrooms allowed our party of 10 to have plenty of privacy. It was also well stocked with plenty of necessities. The views are amazing! There were a few things that could have used a little attention, like a washing machine that didn’t spin or drain (We did notify the owner and she was prepared to have a maintenance person come by, but since we had the second machine, we decided to let it wait until we checked out). The cleaning crew was still working there when we arrived to check in, and although that wasn’t a huge deal, I think some things got skipped, like a broken freezer door handle they were not able to re-attach. There was also a towel bar in one of the bathrooms that fell off when a towel was hung on it. We were able to re-attach that but not perfectly. The upper patio door was very difficult to lock. These are all minor things that did not impact our stay significantly. We would recommend this property and would stay here again with no hesitation.

A wonderful house in beautiful country to get together as a family. 13 of us got to reconnect and enjoy our time together. Beth was wonderful when we had questions and answered them in a very timely manner. We boated, swam, kayaked, ate too much and had lots of fun.

Awesome place for a reunion
