Do not recommend
I am very disappointed at our recent stay in the Branson location. I called ahead to make sure the pool and hot tub were working and when we got there they were out of service which is the only reason why we chose the hotel. The pool was not going again until the day we left and the water was freezing from not working. There were no towels and i went to the front to ask for some, I was told they would fill it shortly. We never got any and all the kids were having to walk to the rooms freezing and dripping wet with cold water. On top of that someone had pushed every floor button on all the elevators so they were tied up and we had to stop at every floor. On the first night the toilet wouldn't flush so i had to fix it so it would stop running. That night we noticed bed bugs ( I have photos of them) we tried to deal with it until my husband got bit during the night and has sores on him and blood on the bed. He took a video of it on the bed. We called the front and they said they could only move us down the hall. Which was not any better. The cable was also off for a few hours as well.

It is in a good location. We were not impressed. I had to walk to the other side of the building to get ice, because the ice machine was broken. Also, we choses this hotel because I called them ahead of time to see if they had a hot tub down by the pool. This was important to us. We got there and the hot tub was broken, and had been for several days. I called 2 days before our trip.

The parking lot is hard to navigate on foot since on a very steep hill. Everything else was just fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

After we checked in, we learned there was no pool available, after entering our rooms, we had no TV. We selected this hotel because it had an indoor pool for the kids. The pool became available the second day of our stay. It was cold and pretty small. I felt sorry for those checking in the second day of our stay. People were waiting in the lobby for hours to check into their rooms because their rooms were not available/ had not yet been cleaned and this was about 7:30 pm.

The bathroom was not clean. There was black hair on the floor and we do not have black hair. The heater blew cold air all night even though the thermostat was set on 79.

We stayed in a presidential suite and it was a good room for the rate. The room was a bit dated, mattress in bedroom was very soft and uncomfortable and the mattress in the sleeper sofa was paper thin and had stains so I was happy we brought 2 twin air mattresses because our kiddos used those instead of the couch bed. All the staff was friendly and location was great, overall we had a good time and would consider staying here again.

Everything in the property was just okay. Nothing great and nothing too bad. I was disappointed that I was given a handicapped room due to being fully booked. my kids who booked after me didn't get a handicapped room. I am not sure if it was expressly due to expedia but next time I will just call the hotel and see if that gets me a better room. I would have happily paid an additional $10 to have received a better room not on the first floor by the desk.

The clerk who checked us in was not very friendly. Not rude, but just not friendly. Our night was horrible. The room above ours (559) had children maybe, or young adults, who were up all night stomping and running around. I called the desk a little after 11 pm and was told they would call them. I don't think they did. The noise persisted until after 1 am

Your room will not be cleaned unless requested. Also, no clean towels, washcloths, unless requested. Say they have Room service but really do not. Thermostats old and maintenance man said they are going out. So our room stayed too warm to sleep comfortably. Biggest problem was only 4 elevators for 472 rooms. They wait for elevator was sometimes 10 minutes. Would not stay here again.

The bathroom in our room was not clean. The toliet had poop on it, the walls were white with brown spots of lord knows what, and the bathtub had a nast black substance where the white cocking should be. Our bathroom door would not shut and lock as well as the bottom was falling apart. On top of the dirtiness- we could hardly sleep because of the yelling and running up and down the hallways.

This was a better property in its heyday but is getting tired. Our bath, in particular, was sub par. Rusty trim, rocking, loose toilet that ran (I fixed it twice). Water was hot but the shower was like being under a fire hose. No way to adjust the pressure down. The door would not latch or lock. The elevators were speedy and plenty of parking but, like much of Branson, is on a hillside. The price we paid was reasonable but feel their are better properties out there. No breakfast included.
