Ridge view motel

Our stay was very comfortable and quiet. The owner and manager went out of their way to make us comfortable. They suggested places to eat and visit that were very good. It was an older motel but very clean.

Clean room & manager was friendly & helpful. Beds were so uncomfortable. We paid extra to have fridge & then fridge was on but not cool. Ruined our food we brought. Ok for price.

Dan, the owner was very friendly and keeps the rooms and property very clean. Close to Silver Dollar City. Excellent view and not a high traffic area. We will definitely stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, & affordable!

Dan is always friendly and helpful. I am so happy with the cleanliness of the rooms he offers. He is loyal to his customers and always gives them his best. I slept well on the bed. The TV was a nice flat screen. Free WiFi. Prices are always reasonable.The location is convenient and quite close to Silver Dollar City. This was my second time staying there and both times I was very pleased. He also offers free coffee in the mornings which is a nice perk.

never made it to motel. I called property and was told that the unit rented was a fisherman's unit...double bath and shower. This was not what I asked for. I called for a unit on/the strip. Was told all sold out, but this available in my price bracket. That is what I think I was told. It was sodifficult understanding your rep because of the strong ethic language. I had her spell so things, and then, I could not get the letters spoken. We are in our upper eigthty's and the room was on the second floor,. on the state hwy.,not anywhere near the room that I called for. I got so frustrated with your rep and booked the room. We never went down that way because it would have been very dark at night. We lost a good deal of money, and I should have contacted you immediately, but I figured you would not help. You need some good people who can speak so that your customer can understand and not think that we got what we wanted. I should have been told what kind of property I was booking. You can not expect a good review for your company from me.

The view and location is truly why I enjoyed this motel plus the absolute kindness and service of the owner, Dan! The property is well groomed with a beautiful stainless steel pool. The only down side is everything is pretty old inside your room but the rooms are very clean. I had a hot shower and a great night sleep. Very quiet and peaceful too! I've truly enjoyed my stay and will come again!

Very Nice, Simple, Quiet place

We were looking for a simple quiet place to stay for the weekend. This was it. Yes, it's an older Motel but the owner, Dan, has done an excellent job keeping it up and clean. He even has a nice spot off to the side under the trees for us bad smoking people. The mattress was more firm than I like but that's not bad, maybe you like a firm mattress. Dan takes care of this property mostly on his own so you can usually find him doing something in case you need anything. Oh, and if you need recommendations for where to eat, defiantly ask Dan. Breakfast at Ledgestone Grille was awesome. Probably as good as the popular places but with no wait to get in. We will stay here again.

Classic Motel

This is as very nice motel. It is a classic "Roadside Type Motel". It is very clean and has a spotless poll. The owner takes great pride in his property, this is a true one man operation. He does everything himself to make sure it is done right.

This hotel operator is an amazing person. He cares about each guest. This is an older property, but kept in good condition. My only complaint is that one of the fitted sheets was getting old.

Excellent value for the price!

Yes, it is an older Motel. But the owner (who is also always on-site) keeps it clean and is working hard to update everything that needs it (not that it is in any form of disrepair). Dan (owner) is always available for pleasant, often very informative, conversation. He will personally brew you a cup of coffee in the morning as well! The pool is well maintained, the grounds are lovely (there is a campfire area and a picnic table and a grill..!!!) and it is located on a ridge, so the views are beautiful. The location is quiet, not a ton of traffic, and literally two stoplights from Silver Dollar City. Dan can tell you where the best restaurants are, and is a wealth of information about the area. If you don't require posh, overpriced opulence, then this is the place to go. A comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a relaxing atmosphere to unwind in after a day of taking in Branson! The price is super affordable. This is the only place I will stay when I visit the area.

The owner is so friendly, and the room was perfect for our stay. Don’t forget to bring your swim suit, relaxing in the pool is perfect after a long hot day exploring the area. My family will definitely be staying here every time we come to town!

Could be a good budget option.

Decided to take a last minute trip to Branson on a budget and the Ridgeview had a room and a good price. There is a lot to love about the place and a few things that might be deal breakers for some. The location was great for us, not on the Strip but not a long drive either, close to Silver Dollar City and Table Rock. The motel has a great view of the city and is a throwback to Branson's early days. It is an older property with some updates but still very dated or retro depending on your view. The owner was very welcoming and helpful thou some will find his protectiveness of the property a bit much, we appreciated his care for his guest. The room was clean with newer carpet, a small flatscreen, fridge and microwave. The negatives were a very small bathroom with no hooks or towel bar and some pretty hard / older beds. Also it was a bit challenging to find the motel at night as the sign was not illuminated. We'd stay again for a last minute option thou we enjoy staying at different places and locations in and around Branson.
