Good and so so. Bathroom was a little tired. Super comfy beds. Clean. Old rusted screen door. Ice maker broken for units. Had to drive down to office to get ice everyday. Restaurant closed for off season wasnt mentioned when booking. Pool was very nice. Good water pressure. Reasonable pricing. Safe quiet area.

Relaxing. We hung out in the pool one day and hung out at the lake another. Room met our needs. Liked that they had ice machine. Restaurant was just meh. We ordered pizza from a nearby pizza place that was great!

The bed was broken. There were holes in the walls not the cleanest place still had poop on the toilet all around not a very clean place to stay at was not satisfied for what I paid for was a little bit more expensive so I was hoping to get a little more cleanness and better room to stay in

It accommodated 5 adults easily. I cook all of our meals and the cookware, serving items, dishes and were inadequate. Washer and dryer in the room was a great plus! The view is fabulous. Parking is a inadequate for the upper level rooms. I would definately stay here again!

There was limited parking. We had to park away from our unit. Initially the code didn’t work to get into the unit. We had to go back to the office to get an alternate code. The vanity light flickered like a strobe light to the point we just didn’t turn it on, but it was needed to get dressed. The door to the patio was very difficult to open,it took two hands and muscle to turn the door knob, and the screen door was broken. The threshold was also loose. It is advertised as “family friendly” however, that is a little misleading as this seems to be a “party” resort. There was a small “family friendly” pool with a very fancy tiki bar pool for adults. The marina is nice if you plan to rent or take a boat, but as for kids and fishing off the bank or swimming it’s not ideal. I did call ahead and ask if these things were available for kids and they said, “oh, yes, definitely”. Overall, we had a great time in Branson, and only used the room to sleep, but for the nightly cost, and unable to fully utilize the property we were a little disappointed.

This property has lots of potential but missed in a few areas during our stay. Our unit did not have a functioning TV in the living room. Reported immediately but never addressed during our two day stay. We moved a tv from the bedroom to the living room. Being there only two days, it wasn’t a huge deal for us. There were several blind slats missing on the back doors. We were a ground unit with patios so people seeing in was concerning. We tried eating at the inside restaurant one night but after waiting 15 minutes with no one taking our drink order, we opted for a different location. The new pools/swim up bar are awesome and having a food truck/tiki bar area was cool. Would consider staying again but not with kids as this resort seemed to be more of an adult oriented place. The main pool with a swim up bar is adult only Friday and Saturday. We knew that going in so not a problem but something to consider for others looking. Really close to SDC which allowed us to take a break from the heat and go back.

We love Rocklane resort. It is in a perfect location on Table Rock Lake which makes it close to all the lake activities we enjoy (kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming) but also close to dining, entertainment, and shopping. The 1 bedroom condo was great for the 2 of us. We booked through Expedia which was a great experience in booking, check-in, checkout and communication.

We reserved through Expedia in January for the 4th of July and yet again treated like second class citizens! They couldn't/wouldn't accommodate the condo we requested saying more than once "you should have booked through us". Our cash is green either way! The condo we were given was unclean and severely run down. The carpet looked like a crime scene! I told them I was not pleased since the price was expensive per night. Mojo the desk clerk was very apologetic and helpful! Thank goodness for him! Unfortunately we will be looking to spend our money elsewhere's.

Worn and smoky.

The interior of the rooms were tired and worn. The curtains and sofa reeked of cigarette smoke. The floors were filthy. After walking across the room in white socks they were brown. The furniture was old and beaten up. The sofa had a very large frazzled hole in the cushion-see photo . Outside of the room the walkway was littered with cigarette butts and smelled like an ashtray. Location was good. Setting was good. Great view of lake. Saw multiple deer. WiFi was good. AC was good but popped and crackled constantly.

Check out the property before staying

Stayed in a condo unit near the office. Rocklane Resort is an older resort and is showing its age. Walked into the condo and noticed the carpet had many stains on it, making me think that it really needs to be cleaned or replaced. Rocklane Resort claimed it was “lake view;” only through a tiny break in the trees. The trees on the lakeside need to be trimmed and many dead branches need to be removed. The property itself needs some care. Stucco that had been damaged was showing structure. In need of power washing. Also needed to spray for bugs and spiders. The slider out the living room to balcony had issues; difficult to open. The unit was comfortable and did not lack for any amenity. The beds were great. Full size stove, fridge washer/dryer. Just needs more attention to maintenance and appearance of the property.
