good location

We stayed in the 2 bedroom condo and had 6 people. I don't recommend the pull out couches but everything else was great! Location is just minutes from the Landing and downtown Branson. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable, cozy, clean and quiet location for our anniversary trip to Branson!

The condo was a great place for our 35th anniversary vacation. It was very comfortable and homey. Gorgeous resort location a few minutes from the hub-bub of Branson. Enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub inside and the awesome view from the patio outside. The owner, Chris, was so helpful and made GREAT restaurant recommendations. If we make another trip to Branson, we will definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice with lots of fun options close by and the host Chris, was very responsive and helpful. The vrbo app however, was a non functioning pain in the butt. Vrbo insisted that all communication be done via the app but it could not give me a working link.

Just What We Needed.

This is a nice condo with most everything we needed. I was a little disappointed that the recliner didn't recline, because sometimes I need to sleep in a recliner. But we weren't promised a recliner, and it did glide which was comfortable for sitting. I made it fine sleeping in the bed. My husband slept better in the condo bed than at home. Chris, our host, was easily available for any questions. We will definately stay there again.

Shower

The location is great and a beautiful area. Chris, the property was very responsive to my email. My main issue was the shower was very moldy with black colored mold. I couldn’t take a bath in the jacuzzi tub because it was very stained and appeared really dirty. A sweet housekeeper came on July 4th to clean the shower and tub but mold remained and using the tub seemed sketchy. The front loading washer had a black mold on the rubber liner by the washer door. Removing clean laundry would be impossible to avoid touching that mold.

Great place, my family loved it!

My family and I chose this condo for our spring break vacation this year, and could not be more pleased with what we got for our money. When we first arrived there was a basket on the table with candy and snacks for the kiddos. There was also some fresh coffee beans from a local shop in Springfield and coffee grinder for us to use which was a really nice gesture. Aside from the condo, there are several great amenities in the Holiday Hills complex. There are a few playgrounds around the premises for the kids and a community game room with ping pong, pool, etc, as well as some DVDs you can borrow during your stay. There's also an indoor pool with a large shallow area for the little ones and a hot jacuzzi for the grown ups. The location is about 10 minutes or so from the strip but it's really close to the Branson Landing area which my kids really love. There's a nice little grocery store just across the street that should have anything you need. We did have a little bit of a hiccup with the furnace one day, but Chris was quick to respond and came by to fix it while we were out and about. He also loves dogs and gave ours some much needed attention while he was fixing the problem, which was much appreciated. Chris, thanks so much again for all of your hospitality. We look forward to staying again!

Good location, but dirty

I tried to submit this review with 2 stars and VRBO wouldn’t let me. I’m submitting it with 3 only so people can view it. We booked this unit because it is in a great location and we needed a pet friendly rental with no stairs. I had seen in the reviews that it was dated with peeling paint and such, but it met our criteria so we booked it anyway. However, what I was disappointed in was how dirty it was. It is one thing to be dated and need new paint. But, it was dirty, cracked tiles, uneven floors, etc. There was so much dog hair in the house. It was even in the oven and microwave. I contacted the owner to let them know that it appeared housekeeping missed vacuuming the living room/kitchen and that we did not want anyone to come re-clean since we had already arrived. He replied that they needed to buy a new vacuum and that was all. We used the vacuum there (which was fine) and bought some Clorox wipes which helped a bit with everything except the musty/dog smell that remained. I would not stay here again, but we do love the Holiday Hills area so would choose another property.

The location was nice. We enjoyed the golf course views and area pool. The condo was in good condition. Everything worked as expected. It could use some updates in the kitchen and bathrooms, but it was a nice place for the price.

We enjoyed our 5 hours

My husband had a massive heart attack 5 hours after our arrival. I hope our next trip will be more enjoyable. We didn't get to utilize the condo as we expected and were not offered any type of refund. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. There was an issue with standing water in dishwasher so the few dishes we used in our 5 hours were done by hand before our granddaughters checked out. I highly recommend the host.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice our condo was decorated & equipped. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. The linens were very nice. The host was very easy to communicate with & quick to reply. We would definitely stay at this condo again. It has all the comforts of home!

Comfy Stay in Branson

Tidy, homey apartment. Very close to Branson Landing and College of the Ozarks. My teenagers slept on the pull-out sofa beds. They weren't super comfortable, but what sofa beds are?! The other queen beds were great. The big jacuzzi tub was a nice touch, but it used up most of the hot water from the water heater. Had to wait awhile for anyone else to take a shower.Otherwise, great spot for a family to stay. Golf course and grounds are beautiful!

The online listing showed 2 bedrooms one master suite and one guest room with two full beds. When we got there it had one master suite and the other bedroom only had one bed. So we had a bad situation for seven people. Also the furniture was absolutely discussing. Scratched up so bad that it looked nasty. Recliner was broken and wouldn’t recline. Curtain rod was broke. Washing machine was full of mold. It was obvious that no pride was taken in cleaning or the up keep of this facility. This facility was nasty and if you want proof I can send you pictures to substantiate every claim I have made. we had no heat in our bedroom, it was preset on 66 degrees and there was no way to change it, also there was no internet. We have stayed at Holliday Hills before and we’re very pleased with the facility. I would definitely disassociate from booking this condominium.

A very nice property with scenic views and quiet surroundings!

The condo was very clean and well supplied! We were very comfortable and enjoyed our time there. The price was reasonable and loved that our dog was allowed to be with us. We'll look into staying there again next time we come to Branson!

Great place that could be awesome

Great place. Easy to get out of to all attractions. Easy to get to from any direction driving in. Serene, quiet and spacious. Communication with property owner was good. Updated furniture and better cleaning of the tubs is all this place needed to go from a Great 4.5 stars to an awesome 5 star location.
