Cozy Coop Cottage is just a short walk from Historic Downtown Branson, Hilton Convention Center and The Branson Landing and of course Bass Pro! Downtown you’ll find unique shops & great eateries! The Coop is a stand-alone property with private, off-street parking. Inside you’ll find a full kitchen, Master w/King size mattress with Smart TV, washer & dryer with ironing board & iron, living area has Smart 50’+TV above the fireplace AND this property is decorated as Cute as a Button!! Cottage is ABSOLUTELY perfect for honeymooners, conventioneers, special get-a-ways and the pull-out sofa offers an extra queen size bed if there is more than 2. We feel it offers you one of The Best Places to stay in Branson so, see for yourself! Promise you’ll love our cottage.

First time in Branson
We had a great trip and staying at the Cottage was a great decision. The location was perfect. Downtown was only a 10 minute walk and the Landing was less than 20 (great brewery and lots of restaurants and shopping). The Cottage is also only 20-30 minutes to some great hiking! Kay was also a wonderful host. She was very responsive whenever we had a question. We will definitely be back!

Cute Little House
Such a cute little house close to Main Street shopping & restaurants. We also walked back from Branson Landing - not too far away. The house was clean & communications were easy. Definitely recommend for a couple.
