The accommodations were perfect! Extremely clean and and we felt safe. The hotel staff couldn’t have been anymore helpful and gracious. I have stayed at Thousand Hills several times and will continue to stay at their properties in the future.
Very clean, staff were very nice. Had a small leak from the air conditioner and staff responded immediately to fix the problem.
Would love to stay again sometime.
This was the second time our family stayed at this resort and I’m very glad we went back a second time! Excellent place to stay and beautiful space to relax in!
Nice clean room with sitting area, microwave, frig, coffee maker, toaster, plates and silver ware. Good mini kitchen set up. Very comfortable King size bed with lots of pillows. 2 TVs, in room Jacuzzi tub. Great room and stay.
This property was very clean and well kept. I would stay here again just not in this particular condo. The upstairs neighbors who live there were VERY noisy all hours of the night.
Condo was not the condo pictures that I saw and decided to stay in totally different this condo had a smell every time you walked in please don’t show picture of a condo that people think they are getting and then you get something totally different the golf club house was nice the staff was friendly and golf course was amazing had a great time playing golf
Everything was excellent except 1 of the king bed mattress had a valley hole in middle so was uncomfortable-the other 4 beds were very comfortable. The 5 bedroom unit was nicely decorated and well equipped for a group of 10 and property was well maintained
I thought the unit should at least have a convection oven in it since it had a full size refrigerator and dish washer, when this was booked i should ofbeen told their pool was down and in order to use one i had to drive to hell and gone to get to it and fill out a paper in order not to get charged it was several miles away to use pool. When this was booked it said i was booking at thehotel not ay a condominium golf place. Otherwise it was clean and nice with the above exceptions. Staff was very friendly
The room was great! It was comforting and relaxing. The room was very clean and spacious. The only thing I did not like was there was not lighting in the parking area. Someone tried to take my license plate off my car smh! My front license plate was hanging off ! Park your car in a lighted area!
The room was in desperate need of a deep cleaning - lots of build up on the tile floor, stains on the carpet, stains on the blinds, dust buildup on quite a few items. The television in the living room didn't work, there was zero water pressure (and you would run out of hot water), and there is a lack of towels. We had 3 bath towels for 2 people for 3 nights, 1 hand towel and 1 washrag. I did stop at the office and request additional towels, but was told each unit is sufficiently stocked. I tried to state it is not properly stocked but ot was disregarded. I ended up purchasing additional towels for our stay. The only plus is that the building is located on a quiet street.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The living room had dried up cheerios still on the floor from the previous guest along with what we think was a chunk of taco meat. The kitchen smelled really bad but once we ran the disposal for a while it got better. The first sink in the master bath didn’t drain well at all so we just didn’t use it. The top comforter was filthy around the edges where it had touched other guest’s faces. The outside area was full of leaves and trash so we couldn’t even enjoy sitting out there. And the pool, Starbucks, restaurant were all the way back over to the hotel. We didn’t realize that when we booked. My husband and daughter played golf the night we checked in and the men in the pro shop were very snooty. When I went to check them in they asked for my voucher. I said that’s why the lady walked over with me, she said that was my voucher. That really made them angry and they both left me standing there alone so they could “have a talk with her”. When my husband went back in to sign for the cart they couldn’t stop talking and eating their Arby’s to even say hello. They had their food and bags right in front of my husband. He said it was very unprofessional. Overall we will not stay there again. And there were very limited supplies in the kitchen to use to cook with etc.
