Not good for summer. Loft bedroom is too hot. Carpets need cleaning badly. Not enough cream or sugar for coffee. Outside needs swept and spider webs cleaned off. Wasps everywhere. Someone came to destroy the nests the day we left. Good points are the host was very responsive. Water pressure was good and location is good.

Pros and cons:Place is close and convenient to our family and reasonably priced. The unit was tidy and neat but could use a deep cleaning for the dingy carpet and couch and my daughter found a couple of items under her bed. Furniture isn’t the most comfortable for lounging and relaxing. Fortunately, we were there to visit family so we spent most of our days at their house. Bring your own hangers…there are only 5 in the whole unit for a place that is meant to accommodate up to 6 people. Lol. Also, bring a bath mat for the loft bathroom; the floor is very slippery. Check out was a bit confusing because the instructions in the unit differ from the management company’s instructions. Beds are very firm and oddly noisy but comfortable. I requested fragrance-free bedding because of allergies and very much appreciated that my needs were accommodated. Management company is very accommodating, helpful, and quick to respond. Will most likely stay at this complex again, just not this particular unit.
