The Space:
Inside, you’ll find a spacious and thoughtfully designed layout meant to make you feel instantly at home. The open-concept living area is filled with natural light, and both the living room and the primary bedroom feature double sliding doors that lead out to the balcony — where you can sip coffee with the sunrise or unwind to the sounds of nature in the evening.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a simple breakfast or a full family dinner. The cozy dining nook makes meals feel like part of the vacation experience.

This condo is perfect for couples, friends, or families traveling together — with two private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably.

Your stay includes a $30 resort fee, which gives you full access to:

To ensure a smooth and secure experience, Roark Creek Resort has a required check-in process for all guests.
Upon arrival, guests are required to check in at the Fitness Center to receive a parking pass (must be displayed in the vehicle window) and finalize registration for resort access. The Fitness is located on the right as you pull into the resort.

Fitness Center Hours:
Monday – Friday: 5 AM – 10 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 8 AM – 9 PM

If you arrive after hours, you're welcome to settle into your unit, but you’ll need to return to the Fitness Center the next morning to complete check-in and pick up your parking pass. This process helps us maintain a safe and well-managed property.

All guest vehicles must display the official parking pass with the correct dates of stay. This is required for property access and helps us ensure a safe environment for everyone.
