Good value, property needs a little attention.
This property is a really good value for the price. you just need a place to stay, this will do. The price was appropriate considering the issues we had. The view is lovely.
The place was very clean, And instructions were simple. The furniture was appropriately nice. It was nice having a pool.
There was a bit of a musty smell upon entering, but that went away after running the AC. Lots of spider webs, at the front door and the deck, but that’s to be expected in a lake property.
The stove has one burner that is either on 0 or 10 (nothing in between), the dishwasher would not turn on, the batteries for the remotes were all dead, and the WiFi/internet service was horrible. The coffee maker was not working at all. That was the biggest bummer.
Even with all the issues, The property manager was as responsive as she could be. I appreciated the attempts. With my permission, she stopped by and changed the batteries on the remotes and checked out the other issues while we were out. She did what she could.
Internet/WiFi service was very poor. We had difficulty streaming content even at low resolution. We had to reboot the router multiple times. It was a busy holiday weekend so I'm assuming the carrier network was saturated. I can’t imagine the property owner has any control over that, but be warned, you can’t take a work call on that inconsistent bandwidth.
