• This is a walk down unit that requires 5 steps to reach the cabin.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking available for 2 vehicles. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.
- On day of arrival all guests will receive a message from the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS from the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.
• Community outdoor pools open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley.
