No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them.

Security Cameras
The property has 2 exterior security cameras. One faces the front entry area, and one faces the side entry area and driveway. They are outward facing and record sound and video when activated by motion while guests are in residence.

Accessibility
This is a single-story cabin with a basement and requires 3 steps to enter. All bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the main floor.

Bear & Trash Policy
Please follow all trash guidelines carefully, as bears are active in the area. All trash and recycling must be kept secured indoors in the laundry room and should never be left outside or unattended. The green bin is for recycling, and the blue bin is for trash.
If you have more trash than will fit in the provided bins, you may take additional trash to the Town of Horicon Transfer & Recycling facility on Landfill Road, just off Tannery Road. The facility is open Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM. Garbage disposal fees are based on weight at approximately $0.20 per pound, so the total cost may vary, though a small amount of extra trash may cost around $5. Please check the Town of Horicon Transfer & Recycling website for current hours, fees, and requirements before visiting.

Speed Limit
The speed limit on all association roads is 5 MPH for all motorized vehicles. Please drive slowly to ensure the safety of residents and guests.

Private Beach Rules
Guests staying at the property are welcome to enjoy the private Brant Lake Heights Homeowners Association beach. Please respect the beach and follow all association rules.
There is no lifeguard on duty, and all swimming is at your own risk. Motorized watercraft may not be beached along the shoreline. Fires and fireworks are strictly prohibited at all times.
Beach chairs, kayaks, grills, toys, floats, and other equipment located at the beach belong to association members and may not be used without specific permission. Guests must remove all personal belongings and trash from the beach at the end of each day, following the carry-in, carry-out policy.
Pets are not permitted on the beach between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. All guests must follow the Town of Horicon`s Dog Control Law, including applicable leash requirements.

Community Docks
The community boat docks are privately owned and are not available for guest use at any time. Swimming, diving, and fishing from the docks are strictly prohibited.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
