The receptionist accidentally re-charged me for the same booking- which when I inquired about later since it exceeded the typical hold for damages the receptionist was friendly and helpful, and immediately refunded the money. They used keys instead of updated key pads. There was no lotion in the room which is not a huge deal. I bring my own supplies. Breakfast I was told was at 7 for grab and go and 7:30 for hot food. It was actually 7:30 8 a.m. for hot food. I……

“Refurbished motel, well maintained and clean at a very affordable price. Motel is very close to the outlets area, and easy accessible to Thruway , Rte 9 and tre 149.My room was large with King sized bed , a loveseat , small fridge and microwave and large flat screen tv. The combo locking system for room entrance was confusing and tool numerous attempts and should be upgraded in the future.”

“There was plenty of parking, the worker was absolutely incredible. Our TV wouldn't allow us to change the channel so we couldn't watch TV unfortunately, and the tub didn't drain properly. The breakfast was a small selection but was good to keep our children happy and fed!”

“I was surprised upon arrival tha t the hotel didn't really match my expectations for the 200 a night I paid. For my 2 night stay I expected housekeeping to at a minimum refresh the room and provide fresh towels. After a day of shopping and visiting historical sights I was taken aback to find my room exactly as I left it. The walls are very thin as you can hear your neighbor without any problem. Heat in the room consists of a stand alone heater. Would I stay here again? Probably not.”
