「The hotel was an excellent location however they had recently changed their parking facilities and didn’t tell us. We spent an hour trying to find a parking spot and was told from the hotel the management would be in touch on our complaint they never were. In addition the WiFi didn’t work.」

「I took the first train out of Bucharest at 4:41am and arrived in Braşov at 7:15am due to making a three castle tour. Was stressing about my suitcase. I emailed the hotel/Eszter and she was super kind and had some one there so I could drop my bag off and even moved it in my room for once I arrived later in the evening. Once arriving everything was already in my room and the room was perfect! Had an amazing balcony viewing the church. The bed was super comfy and had a medieval feel to it....

「Great location, right across front center square. Walking distance from Black Church. Many restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was really good. 「窗簾遮光不好，隔音不佳」

「We appreciated the easy check in process and how close the hotel is to downtown Brasov. It was cozy and the room had everything we needed for a two night stay.」

「Good location」

「Excelente hotel, el personal del lobby súper atentos en general todos pero los de recepción 10/10」

「Receptionist can be nicer and more thoughtful in reminding checking out at 12:00, especially for a guest checked in 1a.m. and hotel has no available slot therefore have to park somewhere else」

「nice staff and nice breakfast」

「A great place to stay in Brasov. Flavius was very welcoming and was very helpful with recommendations for tours/sightseeing in and around Brasov. Room was very clean and tidy. The communal kitchen/living area is a very nice bonus, as it is well equiped and makes dining easy. Close to bus routes as well. Thanks again Flavius for having me.」
