- The property is centrally located in the mountain village of Sankt Andreasberg in the Upper Harz, right in the Harz National Park. Hiking trails, a bike park, a ski lift, and the UNESCO World Heritage Site Samson Mine are all easily accessible.
The farmhouse-style timber-framed house offers a ground-floor apartment with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with two sofa beds and two dining tables. The spacious bathroom features a bathtub, separate shower, and bidet.
Upstairs, there is a public attic area in the timber-framed house with a bedroom featuring a king-size double bed. The living room offers a single bed. There is a bathroom with a separate shower, bathtub, and an additional guest WC. Another living room is equipped with tables and chairs.
Within 1 km, you will find many leisure options: spa gardens and playground (200 m), bus stop (50 m), ski and sledding slope (20 m), supermarket (30 m), Samson Mine (UNESCO World Heritage, 700 m), Harz Waltz Museum (700 m), National Park Center (700 m), and the bike park.
