Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, very courteous staff, but parking is very limited. We had to drive around the area for quite a while to find a space. Parking is not included as advertised. They have a very small lot which was full and double parked. City center location was noisy.

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.- Für den Preis könnte man etwas mehr erwarten. Die Parklplatzsituation ist eher dürftig. Dafür liegt es sehr zentral.

Verehrter Gast,vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Wie auf der Internetseite zu erlesen ist, haben wir nur begrenzte verfügbare Stellplätze, aber dafür sind diese "kostenfrei". Im Stadtzentrum direkt, sind wir die Einzigen, die dies noch anbieten. Jederzeit hätte unser Team eine andere Parkmöglichkeit empfohlen, sofern Sie bei uns nicht stehen bleiben konnten.Die Einrichtung wird in nächster Zeit renoviert. Leider ist die Pandemie an uns nicht ganz vorbei gegangen und wir versuchen, nach und nach, wieder zurück zu finden, um unseren Gästen, mehr Komfort, bieten zu können.Wir hoffen, dass wir Sie dennoch mal wieder bei uns begrüßen dürfen.MfG, K.Grinbergs (Management)

Schallisoliert trifft es kaum, aber das ist dann neben dem defekten Zimmerradio auch schon der letzte Kritikpunkt. Lage, Personal, Parken, WLAN, Betten/Matratzen, Sauberkeit und Frühstück top. 4Sterne daher voll gerechtfertigt.

Location was good and the stay went well overall. Only thing is that attention to detail was a bit lacking. It felt like they weren’t really prepared for us to arrive to the room. The lights weren’t working properly and the shower soap that’s fixed on the wall was shut so we couldn’t get any soap out until we ourselves had to figure out how to open it. Just little things like that, but otherwise good.

Schwer enttäuscht….
Leider wurde unser Zimmer während unseres Aufenthaltes (2 Nächte) gereinigt. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, das würde nicht passieren wegen Corona. Kaum glaubhaft nach all den Lockerungen. Zudem gab es an einem Freitagabend keine Longdrinks in der Bar (22.15h), weil es keine Eiswürfel gab. Alles in allem KEIN 4 Sterne Haus, schade!

Perfekt lokalisering, super service.
Perfekt lokalisering af hotellet, praktisk talt midt i Braunschweig. Men værelset var meget koldt, ville have været godt om de havde sat varmen på inden vi kom, da det tog noget før der var varme efter vi havde tændt radiatorerne.

Very nice hotel in the city centre
The room we had was very spacious, unfortunately not perfectly clean though. Whereas the hotel is ideally located for a city trip, there are no bathroom amenities offered except for soap. The breakfast is okay, not very up to date though, as gluten free and dairy free options were missing. The staff was very friendly.

The reception staff is very friendly and professional. Room is a little outdated, but overall ok. Location is great, walking distance to old town and shopping area.
