「Great area on the gulf」

「Property was clean, owner was accommodating and receptive. Located on SanBernard River was convenient for the boating we had planned.」

「The only issue was that the water from the tank on the toilet seemed to constantly flow from the tank to the bowl. I was able to fix that by just turning off the water. The wifi for the roku did not seem to work as well, but I still believe that is was an excellent stay.」

「The title says it all, we went to sargent to have fun, do some fishing and just relax. From start to finish everything went smoothly. We had no doubt as the owners kept in contact with us as needed and were prompt to answer any questions we had. We had a wonderful stay, thanks for loaning us the crab traps as we caught plenty for bait and to eat. Make sure to bring your fishing gear, the fishing is excellent. Thank for everything.」

「Our stay was great, it could have been better though had the weather cooperated but that is something you cant control it was just a little too cold at times. Outside of the cold this place is awsome and we are already planning a trip back to enjoy it when it warms up. You get a little off everthing the tranquility, clean sea breeze, stars at night. Then you have the beach on one side where my daughters had a blast walking and finding sea shells. On the other side the ICW with a private lighted...

I arrived late and couldn’t really see the numbers of the cottage, however he answered my call immediately and guided me to my booked cabin. I will definitely be rebooking.」

The house is a tiny house so the beds were upstairs the air conditioning does not cool off upstairs area fans were provided but they did not work. I called the number listed to contact the owner but there was no answer. My husband and I had to build a pallet to sleep downstairs where there was some type of air. The floor was filthy and there was dog hair everywhere. The bbq pits in the pergola area are all locked, the games...

「The cabin is super cute with everything you need for a weekend stay. Very clean and quiet. The San Benard River, Dollar General, and gas station are all conveniently located within walking distance. It's an easy 20min drive to the beach. Communication was easy and everyone was very kind. Highly recommend.」
