「We had a wonderful stay at City on a Hill in Fredericksburg, TX! The cabin was cozy, private, and perfect for a weekend getaway from all the noise. We especially loved the jacuzzi, the well-equipped kitchenette, and the peaceful view of the creek and sky from the back patio. It was everything we needed to relax and recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, quiet setting!」

「Views-amazing
3 beds but only used 1. It was plush, perfect for me. Too soft for hubby but he likes extra firm. He didn’t go check out any of the other bed options.
Temp: Host had it cranked down. There are 2 mini-splits and they handle the Texas heat just fine. I had to turn them up (very unusual).
2 restrooms but only 1 shower. Worked for 2 people, but others need to plan accordingly.
Kitchen: we didn’t use it but appeared well equipped.
Safety: in a gated and friendly community....

「We were greeted with chocolate chip cookies and a glass of wine and seltzer, while the property owners fed a herd of deer out in front of an amazingly beautiful canyon scape. The was more deer feed at the cabin, which we sprinkled in the meadow out front, and had lots of deer visitors which we enjoyed watching. 「I expected that the cabin would be ruined from the flood. I called a day or so before I was due to arrive when I got an automatic message about arrival. Of course I was not comfortable coming as I had a reservation for the end of camp and camps had closed and girls sent home.
