“The Manager and staff were excellent, the hotel was clean. The owners are obviously not putting any money back into the hotel, not considering upgrades, basic maintenance is not being addressed. Again I was pleasantly impressed with the manager and his staff, if it weren't for them I would have rated it 1 star!!”

“Fourth Time here. Location is great. The rooms are big and very clean. The room has bottled Water, toothbrush, and all the other essentials. There’s a small refrigerator and a microwave. There’s also a small table with two chairs. Includes breakfast. ”

“multiple cockroaches are everywhere in my room. Best estimates I would say I have seen 10-15. They are small, moving around fast. They went into my food so I have to trash it. Such a nasty hotel room is a symbol of, I don’t know what to say precisely, nightmare. I hardly recall I had this kind of room experience before. The breakfast is most nothing. Building is old. ”

“Great location in the university area! The staff was friendly and was a super easy check-in and check out process. It’s also in a very safe area for a solo female traveler.”

“The Giddings Executive Inn is an old Inn but owners have clean room, but no amenities such as paper tissues; no breakfast served; no white fluffy towels. Outside is very dated and not the best condition. Jay, the owner, is very friendly, helpful and cordial. The Inn was very busy with out-of-town workers but they were exceptionally quiet. ”
