「Well to start off the front desk sent me to another persons room twice so I had a issue with that being that both rooms were occupied and that wasn't cool at all especially when you have to explain why you just walked into someone's room but that wasn't the worst part at all which was the room had roaches in it like I've never in my life seen a roach as big as the one that was in my room so I wasn't happy about the stay at all..」

「multiple cockroaches are everywhere in my room. Best estimates I would say I have seen 10-15. They are small, moving around fast. They went into my food so I have to trash it. Such a nasty hotel room is a symbol of, I don’t know what to say precisely, nightmare. I hardly recall I had this kind of room experience before. The breakfast is most nothing. Building is old. 」
