Brea Brea Museum and Heritage Center Hotels

"We checked in late, the guy at the desk was not overly friendly (ok, it was late!) but gave us no info. on the breakfast for the morning. In fact, we didn't even know there was a breakfast until we were leaving with our luggage. It would have been nice for him to mention that breakfast was a included during our stay and given us the times! The property is old but was fairly clean. Our beds and bathroom were clean, the bathtub had pealing paint, and the carpet was stained and filthy. "

"Interesting stay due to the first night being without power due to construction in the area. While the staff had contacted me the day before to inform me of the planned outage, found it odd that management didn't make any concessions to all staying at the hotel. As for the room and amenities, it was exactly what one would expect at a Quality Inn. The highlight of the stay was the self serve snack/drink kiosk, so convenient 24/7 instead of waiting for someone to emerge from the back! Would definitely stay here again however, proximity to taco trucks, freeways and restaurants a huge plus!"

"This property met and exceeded our expectations! It was large and roomy enough for our group of 5 adults and the indoor/outdoor living space was perfect! We spent most of our time in the kitchen, patios and spa/pool areas. The kitchen was well equipped, we came prepared with many things "just in case" only to discover they were actually supplied. While close to everything, the house was very quiet and being on a culdesac was just perfect. Our time in the outdoor space was perfect and we didn't feel like we were on top of the neighbors or disturbing anyone will laughter and soft music. The grill was obviously cleaned between renters and we used it each night.All instructions were clear and easy to follow.The decor was exactly as described and we enjoyed the collections and whimsy. We were very comfortable. I would return if we were in the area again and recommend it highly to others.Thanks for a great stay!"

"No hot water for the shower, TV remote didn't work. Stayed here before, usually better."

"The breakfast was fresh and a vast selection was appreciated. the room was clean and the breakfast host was very friendly. the bathroom in our suite was less to be desired. the outdated bathroom and the water pressure was not good. "
