This was the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We asked to switch rooms because I found hair, debris and a mini flashlight in the bed upon arrival. When we switched rooms we were moved to a room with huge black stains on the carpet, food in the fridge and a delightful smell of smoke and urine. The elevator was broken so we took the stairs and no one cleaned up the vomit in the stairwell for over 24hrs. We also found pills on the floor, and one in the bed (in the new room). I understand that this place is important to house people who may otherwise be unhoused, but it still needs to be maintained. No one should have to live or stay in this filth.

The bedding was dirty. The chair and the window were stained. The hotel needs a major renovation. A lot of things were out of order. And you could have gotten high off the weed smell. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I ever stay there again.

The entire facility smelled like mold and smoke. My room smelled like urine and smoke. The towels were dirty. The toilet had menstrual blood on it. It was horrible. The orher hotels in the area provided the same Unsatisfactory. Next time i will stay in Lafayette.

The staff was wonderful, very kind and professional. However, the room was disgusting. Bugs in the bathtub. Stains on the sheets and pillows. No coffee anywhere... not in the room or lobby. I was shocked when I got into the room. I slept in my clothes, on top of the covers, with my own personal blanket and pillow, and left as soon as I woke up. Never have I ever seen something so gross.

I reserved 10 single rooms for my team, but when we got there the front desk told me they didn’t have enough rooms for me. Instead they had me rebooked 5 single rooms and 5 double rooms and charged me at a higher price. Moreover, we found mold, cockroach, stains in the room.

The staff was awesome!! Very friendly. My main complaint is there are no coffee pots in the room. They make coffee in the lobby at 6, we are very early risers (4) and no coffee. :( we got a single queen bed very tiny room, which for us was not a big deal as we were going straight to bed. It was clean that is the main thing. Bed was comfortable. Elevator was still broke, but we were on gound floor as I have COPD and not able to climb stairs.
