This idyllic 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom premium home can easily accommodate groups of up to nine with plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. The living area features soaring vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Colorado peaks, a wood fireplace, a large flat-screen Smart TV, and plenty of stylish seating. And there are two other lounging areas (an upstairs loft and a downstairs family room) with huge Smart TVs, so there’s no arguing over what to watch!

The kitchen is set up for your group’s chef with plenty of granite counter space, high-end appliances (including a gas range), and all the gear needed to whip up everything from snacks to memorable holiday meals. There’s a dining table that seats six, as well as room for four at the counter. Outside, the front deck offers comfy seating and impressive views, and the rear patio is where you’ll find the gas grill and hot tub!

The home is nestled in the woods just outside of Breckenridge on unmaintained county roads which require 4x4 or AWD year round to access with room for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that the driveway to the home is steep and narrow making it difficult to access in the winter months for large or oversized vehicles and that vehicles must be moved from the driveway for plowing and propane refills on an as needed basis.

Other amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. - Master suite: king bed, private bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in tile shower and 2 sinks, Smart TV. (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

Lower Level:
- Bedroom 4: queen bed, Smart TV. (sleeps 2).
- Bathroom: walk-in tile shower.

- Please Note: A four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle is required year-round to access the property
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Pet Fee: $50 per night per pet. 2 dog max.
