Wish we could've stayed another night!

I should've just gone with my instincts and booked three nights! This place was awesome. There was even I really cool hike close by. We didn't get to use the amenities, but they looked awesome. Really nice place!!

Cute quiet haven in the mountains

Had a great time at this cute, quiet condo within walking distance to Breckenridge's ski resort. Enjoyed the close-by hot tub. Very spacious for a 1BR condo. Fireplace, Wifi, kitchen all worked out great. We'll be back!

Max convenience / comfort

I wanted to stay a month in Breckenridge during the hot, dog days of summer and early fall when it’s generally a heat wave in most other parts of the country. This unit delivers in all categories! It’s comfortable, quiet and in walking distance to the Breckenridge village. The owner was responsive to my inquiries and would keep an eye on another fall stay here in the future.

Great Location

Great location to town. Having a washer and dryer was a plus. Also great to have underground parking. It was a little confusing upon arrival. We are still not sure what the key was for. It would have been nice to know there was an elevator in garage before we carried everything up the stairs.

Woods Manor

Less than 5 minute walk to the brown bus stop that services all of town. Needs to be updated, but has everything you need for two people to stay comfortably. Unless you drive a very small crossover suv or car, you will not be able to fit in the garage. Clean, but the soap was not wiped off of the floors. Myself and the Vacasa team member who came to look at the broken fireplace both slipped and fell. I was looking for a place with a fireplace, but the fireplace was broken.

Super clean/very comfortable

Rented this for a family ski trip. Rating this only to help others with the confusing check in/parking situation. You check in at the VRBO lodge to get your keys. We were assured the parking pass would be "in the unit" It wasn't. (And caused this whole confusion about how to get it) Basically You get a spot under the units in the garage, which wasn't explained to us. We found all this out after we hauled our stuff up the stairs to the front door and found it locked, the keys provided wouldn't open that door and we had to call. For some reason we were in building "A" but had keys to park in the building "B" parking garage. This took awhile to figure out. One of the keys we were given opens the garage door opener. (As you drive up you open the driver's side window and stick the key in the opener) We checked In at night, after long flights, in a snowstorm. It's a miracle we figured all this out on our own. Also the gas fireplace needs the maintenance guy to start the pilot light and should really be fixed. It is shown lit in the photos. Overall, it's a super comfortable, clean, cozy, convenient place and I'd definitely stay here again! Especially now that we know how to get into the place!

Good Location, Difficult to Use Fireplace

As other reviews have mentioned, this condo is quiet, clean, and located close enough to Main St. that you can walk to shops/restaurants easily. I had to remove a star due to the difficult-to-use fireplace. The fireplace was one of the reasons we booked this property, so we were disappointed when we couldn't get it to work even after reading the directions. Vacasa was quick to send someone out to help, but unfortunately we were not able to turn it back on ourselves after the maintenance worker left. Overall a nice stay but could've been elevated with a properly functioning fireplace.

Comfortable and great location

We thought this was an awesome location - it was quiet, but was within walking distance to Main Street and shuttle stops. It’s even possible to walk to the quicksilver lift (about 10 min). Condo was clean, kitchen was well stocked, and it had a very comfortable king size bed. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

Beautiful View, Well Kept Home and Awesome Kitchen

We loved everything about our stay here - the unit is cozy and perfect for a couples' weekend. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could want to use and is easy to cook and keep clean. We were surprised by the beautiful mountain views out both the living room and bedrooms windows and loved our time in front of the fireplace. The only bummer was that it snowed multiple inches over 2 days of our visit and the property didn't shovel the stairs/sidewalks at all.
