This 1B/1B condo was gutted in early 2016 and completely remodeled to be the perfect getaway for any time of year. We work hard to keep it up to date. Modern design and appliances with high country touches, this retreat has a luxurious walk-in shower, heated bathroom floor, 2 LED TVs, leather furniture, KING size bed, and a living room window framing a spectacular view of Breckenridge Ski Area and the Ten Mile Range. Come to play or relax, but leave refreshed.

Location, location, location! This unit is ideally situated to be able to take advantage of all that Breckenridge has to offer, with minimal driving: Two blocks from Breckenridge's Historic Main St, filled with fantastic cafes, restaurants and shops; Two blocks from Breckenridge Ski Area's BreckConnect Gondola with easy access to Peaks 6, 7 and 8; Three blocks from grocery store (City Market); Two blocks from Blue River Bikeway - a paved recreational trail providing easy access to Frisco, Cooper Mountain, Dillon, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin. PLEASE research the 2020-21 ski season lift tickets! Because of Covid, rules have changed a lot!

Upgraded amenities: heated bathroom floor, beautiful shower, sound insulation from neighboring units and bathroom, 48" LED TV mounted in living room, 32" LED TV mounted in bedroom, electric fireplace for cozy ambiance.

Everything was great. Easy to check in. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. Heated floor was awesome. Probably one of the best stocked and easy to use kitchens. I’ve had and we stay in a lot of places like this. Great location just walked down the stairs, walk a block over to Main St. Shopping was very close for groceries. Would love to come back.

Great location. Just a block off of the main street. Perfect to be close to the action but not have the noise. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. During ski season the unit would also be a very convenient location for the gondola. The unit is well-equipped and very comfortable.

Lovey cozy accommodation and had everything we needed. Very handy for Main Street and the supermarket, plus the station for the free buses. Very comfy bed however to note it is has a high base and mattress so needs a jump to get in (I am 5’6). Would be happy to stop here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is I understand not a lot of places have A/C but we were very hot at night. Had an hard time cooling the place down even with fans blowing and open windows. Obviously this only affects the very hot times in the summer. Other than that it was great!

Ideal location. Just a few blocks from Main and all of the shops and restaurants, yet still peaceful. Easy walking distance to the gondola. Perfectly clean with all of the amenities listed. Both the queen size bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed were comfortable. Could not have asked for a better stay and would definitely book next time we are in Breck!

Perfect for a quick getaway (or a long one!)

My wife and I drop the kiddo off at camp a couple hours away and always make a stop in Breck. This was the perfect fit! Close to Main Street, grocery store and gondola, very easy coming and going. Parking was ample and the place is awesome. Very quiet at night, just what we needed!Host was very communicative, explained everything we needed to know and check in and out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend and will most definitely check for availability next year. Staying here during the season would just be that much better. Very well done, A!!

Great Spot for Family Ski Getaway!

Condo was just as pictured, super clean. Communication was easy and check-in so simple! Kitchen is well stocked with all you could need. We loved the location for some spring skiing - even got lucky with fresh powder on BOTH days. Would definitely return.
