THE SPACE
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms sleep eight comfortably. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a double, and Bedroom 3 has two doubles — right-sized for a family or two couples with kids. The open living area centers on a gas fireplace with plush seating around a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and dining seating for six to eight. Private balcony over quiet mountain forest. In-unit washer and dryer so base layers actually get clean.
WINTER SKI ACCESS
From the door, ski out onto the 4 O'Clock Run and walk under a minute to the Snowflake Lift — one connect back to Peak 8. Breckenridge Ski Resort spans Peaks 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 across 2,908 skiable acres, with Imperial Express at 12,840 feet — the highest chairlift in North America. The BreckConnect Gondola links the resort side to town for free. The free BreckFree town shuttle runs a regular loop. For non-alpine days: Nordic Center trails, Country Boy Mine winter tours, Stephen C. West Ice Arena, dog sledding, snowmobile tours, and sleigh rides are all within a short drive.
THE LOCATION
Main Street Breckenridge is inside a short walk — restaurants, breweries, coffee, boutiques, and the Riverwalk Center. Ullr Fest in early January, the International Snow Sculpture Championships in late January, and the Christmas Market at Blue River Plaza on December weekends anchor the winter calendar. Peak 9 base area is a short walk or shuttle ride. Peak 8 is a short drive or gondola away. Denver International Airport is roughly 1.5 to 2 hours by car, depending on weather and I-70 traffic.

GUEST ACCESS
Self check-in via keypad. Your code is provided through the Gilson guest portal before arrival, along with parking pass details, Wi-Fi, and door-by-door directions. A brief identity verification through the portal is required before check-in — a standard security step used across our Breckenridge inventory. Two parking passes are included; no rotation, no lottery. Guests have full private access to the condo — all three bedrooms, all living areas, in-unit laundry, the private balcony, gear storage, and shared outdoor hot tub access.

BEFORE YOU BOOK — WINTER NOTES
Primary renter must be 25 or older. Damage protection replaces the traditional security deposit, so there is no hold placed on your card. It is offered at checkout and may be declined; guests who decline accept responsibility for any damage claims. No pets at this location. Breckenridge sits at approximately 9,600 feet — plan for a slower first day and drink water. 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended December through April. Two parking passes included. Ski-in/ski-out means real ski-in/ski-out here; boots on at the door.
