Great house and location

The house was great for ski trip with large group of family and friends. Loved the hot tub after long day of skiing and had a moose walk past while sitting in hot tub! Communication with property managers was great too

Location is great and house distrubition excellent. However the house was not clean enough, bathrooms had some details of cleaning, some of the kitchen cutlery were dirty and worst part were the Sofas, the kids found cheerios, pop corn and candy.

Family Ski Vacation

I can't say enough positive things about this property. The house itself is beautiful and the layout is perfect for a large family. The location was just 3 mins driving to the center of town, restaurants and skiing. The check process was simple. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing house!

I would recommend to any large party of people. Pleanty of room to spread out, great kitchen, spa and more. Tucked a couple minutes from town, this location was greatness. Property manager/rep was also super responsive. Much appreciated.

Beautiful property! Minor issue with water and the maintenance response. Also unaware of second maintenance issue and arrival of repair man. Even with these issues the family had a wonderful time!

Great house great location

Hosts were proactive in communicating while we were at the property to make sure all was going well. The property had all amenities included with plenty of towels. Kids loved the sleds from the garage. Hot tub was really nice!

We’ve stayed at this property for the past 4 years in a row. We love the property itself and the ability to walk into town is excellent. Had multiple visits from a moose family which was a huge plus! Already looking forward to coming back next year.

A beautiful property. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Convenient, well supplied. Property managers were very responsive and helpful. Don’t look for the bunk beds though. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

Spacious, quiet and convenient

Plenty of room. Close to the bus lift. Nice and out-of-the-way. Really enjoyed the stay. The one exception was the hot water in the upstairs bathtub. Shower was fine but the bathtub was no-go.

Breckenridge stay

Very nice home but needed paint indoors and linen updates. Old bedspreads were much too heavy and not fresh for summer renters. Interior paint colors were dark red, green, purple, etc. making house dark. Front and backyards had more weeds than grass. One bedroom had no windows that opened and was very hot sleeping with no A/C. Very nice hot tub. Lots of stairs That were not easy to climb. Kitchen and wet bar cupboard doors were dirty but rest of house was clean.

Good house for a group

House was clean and had most of the essentials. Heated garage and steamer showers were great. The walk to the ice rink for the bus routes isn’t bad at all and if it snows you can just ski down the sidewalk before it gets plowed. Critiques: there were no extra garbage bags and limited extra toilet paper and paper towels so we needed to purchase those shortly after arriving. The only shovels available were for dirt… this made it difficult to shovel snow off sidewalk, around hot tub, and deck. This is probably why there was ice built up on front entrance stairs and sidewalk since they don’t appear to get shoveled regularly. A few snow shovels would be super helpful. Also, a few of the mattresses are very uncomfortable and should be replaced, especially in the bunk room.

Left wanting more

There were 9 adults who stayed. December 26-31. The first thing that was so frustrating was there is not a garage door opener. So middle of winter you have to get out of your vehicle and use the key pad, I was told that there are not openers anymore because people take them or lose them. Then there are no towels for the hot tub. We had to use bath towels for the hot tub. We were there in the month of December and just know there are NO decorations on the property or in the house. They are willing to provide that for an additional 700-1500 dollars. The house needs a deep cleaning and attention to details. The kitchen has enough dishes/utencils but the pots and pans need to be replaced. There were no platters for serving and we cooked a lot and fell short on serving dishes. The house is 3 stories and very chopped up. So if you are looking for open concept, this isn’t it. On Sunday at 8am (the day we were checking out) the hot tub guy was there servicing the hot tub. We were not notified he was coming? For what we paid for this house, I felt that it fell short. Was not polished and did not have a luxury feeling.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was fine, not professional decorated. The bathrooms were nice. The master bathroom window leaked; the company did not do anything about it. The hot tub was dirty and when finally got cleaned they did not even turn it on to warm up. After numerous emails asking for an early check in and the home cleaners leaving the house we still sat in the driveway waiting to get in. I do not feel Summit rentals cared at all that we were waiting in the driveway for house.

Amazing Fall Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay with a multigenerational group to celebrate a 70th birthday. The house was immaculate, and much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The kitchen is huge. The bathrooms are all very well appointed, and the steam mister in the shower was a big hit with the dry mountain air. Large and level backyard was great for the kids to play catch and older relatives to safely walk. We enjoyed great views of the changing leaves from the deck. BBQ with a main gas line hook up was a nice feature. The only downside was being close to Boreas Pass Rd and thus the sound of traffic, but I should have paid closer attention to location on booking, and it was probably busier than normal with peak leaf peeping weekend. Close walking distance to Breckenridge Troll, and for those that like a longer walk, easily walkable to town.We would definitely go back

Convenient and Spacious

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only a short drive to bus stop, main street or ski slope parking areas. We had plenty of room for our group of 8 adults. The kitchen was adequately supplied with most items. However, lacked serving platters and bowls for a family style dinner as well as a corkscrew. (corkscrew was provided the next day by property manager). General cleanliness was good. However, we experienced several missteps by their cleaning crew. A blanket on one king bed had numerous stains, a blanket in second king bed room closet was stained. The replacement blanket brought by property management had an old band aid attached. Hinge on door to twin bed room was missing all screws to top hinge. While other hinges were loose, not allowing the door to close properly. Only two towels were supplied in the basket by the hot tub. (additional were supplied by property management on our second day). It would have been very helpful if the garage door code would have been provided. Lastly, I found it odd that Vrbo quote did not reveal that property management company would charge an addition 3.5% fee on the remaining balance if not paid in full within 24 hours of booking.

Kitchen was stocked with all needed utensils and cookware. Close proximity to Breckenridge and other resorts. Some small issues but quickly resolved by Summit Rentals!
