The stay was excellent - we enjoyed the board games and puzzles. Had plenty of space for a family of 4 and loved the views from the condo. The hosts are easy to communicate with and fast responses. We would highly recommend!

We have stayed at the Beaver Run resort many times and love the proximity to multiple amenities at the resort itself as well as the utility of ski lockers within such a short distance to the base lifts themselves. That's really hard to beat. This unit is very well appointed with plenty of items in the kitchen if you plan on cooking your own meals in the room. The real wood fireplace is a definite positive draw and you can call for more wood as often as needed. We had a roaring fire while relaxing in the evening probably every night we were there. There's plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The bed in the master bedroom is large and comfortable as well as having two other beds and a futon in the second bedroom which worked great for our family of 5. Being able to go out on the balcony and look right down the runs is something else that really makes this a great location. At night you can see the horse drawn sleighs going up the runs and you can also watch the Snow Cats grooming the runs which is fun. Because there are windows on both sides of the unit you can open them up for airflow if it gets a little warm in the room. Tracy was very responsive to any needs and questions which was very helpful during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was comfortable and had everything we needed, and check-in was easy. Communication with the host was great, The parking garage was simple to access. We rented a Suburban and had no trouble during the week, though weekends were busier and maneuvering a larger vehicle could be a bit challenging.The unit’s location was excellent—on the 6th floor and close to the elevators. The entryway was perfect for storing ski gear and keeping everything organized and dry. The condo was decorated beautifully for a ski getaway. We loved the décor and the personal touches, especially the family photos, which made it feel warm and welcoming.The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including a drip coffee pot, plenty of spices, and other cooking essentials. The living room was very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was stunning—you can see the mountains, lift lines, and hot tubs.We appreciated being able to drive into town rather than relying on the shuttle. In the summer it would be an easy walk, but during the winter cold it was much more convenient to drive.Upstairs was comfortable with two bathrooms, plenty of towels, and extra blankets and pillows. We did need to do one load of laundry mid-week. Beaver Run itself is a fun resort, especially for kids. While it’s a bit of a walk to the ski lockers, once there it’s a true walk-out to the lift. The pool and hot tubs were also great.Overall, you couldn’t ask for

A Great Summer Trip

This condo has everything you could want in a mountain vacation. The proximity to downtown as well as some great hiking trails make it a prime location. You really can’t beat the views. Communication with the owners was excellent and they were responsive to any questions we had.

Perfect Beaver Run Stay

We loved our stay over spring break in this lovely loft condo. The owner provided perfect details so it was easy to park, find our room, access all the amenities the resort offers, and we even found the ski lockers quickly and easily. The furniture was comfy and cozy and the beds were clean and nice. We did get a little warm the first night in the unit and ended up turning the heat off completely and it was wonderful for the rest of our stay. I really appreciated the communication from the owner with recommendations for local restaurants. The skiing was fun and everything was so easy to access. From picking up our ski passes and rentals to dinner on our final night, we truly enjoyed our stay!

Breck Spring Break

Great condo right on the slopes of Peak 9. Perfect space for our family of 4 to spread out and relax after shredding the slopes. We enjoyed the games that come with the place and being able to make ourselves a quick breakfast before first chair. Walked into town for dinner and shopping several nights. Definitely would book again.

Great trip !

Wonderful vacation with our young adult kids. Condo very clean and host was accessible to communicate with . The condo is right at the base of the slope and also very close to Main st for dining and shopping, so convenient so it met all of our different needs. Would definitely stay again.

Perfection!

Our stay at Four O’Clock was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. The location, amenities, and supplies made everything so easy and accessible. It was absolutely the best way to enjoy the mountain and the town of Breckenridge. Everything was steps away or easily accessible by the shuttle. The mountain was at our doorstep and we had all the amenities of the resort at Beaver Run. The views were gorgeous and the space was perfectly appointed. The games and puzzles made it fun to gather as a family. The hosts are extremely gracious and responsive. Thank you; we truly hope to return!

Great Family Friendly 2-Bedroom

Our family of 5 (3 children ages 7, 11 and 13) had a wonderful time. Hosts were immediately responsive (including on check-in day of Easter Sunday) and the condo was better than advertised. Very close to everything one would need with minimal walking (ski lift, ski rentals, market, pool/hot-tub, garage) and property has ideal amenities for families. Would stay again.
