3 BR, 3.5 BA Townhome – Ski In/Out – 3 King Suites – Stroll To Main St!

Location, location, location! You’re literally a 100-yard walk from the slopes and the ski school meeting area. Drop the kids off for a lesson, make some runs, ski in for a quick lunch, then be right back on the Quicksilver lift in minutes. And just a short 5-minute walk to Main Street Breck … this is the place you, your family and friends have been dreaming of!

You’ll love this home’s bright, airy interior, vaulted ceilings, and chic modern updates with a unique retro feel. It’s like stepping back in time into a brand new 1970s home! The living area features a gas fireplace and lots of comfy seating for a movie on the flat screen TV or just relaxing after a day on the slopes. The kitchen features stainless steel counters and high-end, stainless steel Wolf and Subzero appliances, there’s even a wine fridge! There’s room for four at the dining table with seating for six more at the counter. And with three king suites with private bathrooms, it’s also perfect for multiple couples to share!

You’ll also enjoy seasonal access to shared hot tubs and the Upper Village Pool, a patio with BBQ grill, free Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer and a private one-car attached garage. There’s also first-come, first-serve outdoor parking for two more vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Condo was great, very comfortably accommodated our family of 4, clean and well equipped, lots of space. Kitchen is big and lots of counter space. Proximity to Quicksilver super chair is excellent, maybe 150’ walk to snow, and ski down to the lift. Can also walk up to Beaver Run chair, a little further but we did a couple times as it was less busy than Quicksilver, and goes directly to Peak 9. Overall great proximity to access the mountain. The only issue we had was that the oven was broken, the door wouldn’t latch so it didn’t work. We let the host know as soon as we discovered it, and turns out they were already aware of it but didn’t bother to tell us. Unfortunately we had already gone grocery shopping for the week, including plans for a few meals that required an oven. I understand that appliances break, but that should have been communicated to us proactively. Host suggested wedging a chair oven door it to keep the door closed so it would work, but we opted NOT to do that. Would we stay here again? Yeah, it’s a nice comfortable spot and while we were annoyed we got over the oven issue and had a great trip.

Convenient slopeside location

We enjoyed being right beside the Quicksilver lift for easy ski access. The condo was very well equipped and comfortable for our small group of adults, but would be great for up to three couples as well.

A once great place (I'm guessing)

I'm sure that this place used to be really nice, however it's not in great shape. I really liked the design, the location, and the layout. The floors were dirty, the kitchen sink faucet wasn't attached to the counter top, one of the toilets was constantly running and wouldn't flush, and the dishwasher was falling apart. It's a shame because the place is really well designed, but I expected more

Prime Location

Excellent location! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware, small appliances, and utensils you might need for cooking meals. The condo is very spacious as well! Be prepared to bring your own pillow if you like firm pillows.

Amazing Location

First off I would like to say that my family and I have bounced around many different houses and condos every year for the past 12 years. Definitely not new to Breck (mountain or town). Here are my takeaways… 1. The location was perfect! Simple 3 minute walk to the snow! And a very short ski to the quicksilver lift. Which takes you to the middle of Peak 9 and from there you can ski to the Mercury Chair, Beaver Run Chair, Peak 8 Super Connect or jump right on the Peak 10 lift (Falcon Chair) 2. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Coffee had two options. Pot and Keurig. 3. Living room was a very nice chill spot with Large Smart TV and fire place which was perfect after a long day of skiing. 4. Garage parking: this is a must for us, because we bring our small trailer to hall all of our gear. Parked the trailer inside and truck in the parking lot which was never full. 5. Easy walk into town, huge fan of Crepes A la Cart! Don’t worry the line from the steps is less than an hour but totally worth the wait. 6. Communication is key, every little question I had the manager was quick to answer. 7. On site washer and dryer. Huge bonus! Anyways, I’m sure the family has more positive things to say, but I’ll leave you with this. We will be back next season! Merry Christmas The Hays Family.

Beautiful mountain getaway

We had such a fun family getaway! Enjoyed all of the mountain scenes, saw the troll, boys went mountain Climbing - girls went shopping also rode a train about two hours away. Went to cowboy mine and enjoyed the swimming pool! House was fully furnished and had washer dryer. Nice appliances.

Wonderful well-equipped condo just a short walk from town

The condo was clean, roomy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for food preparation (except, of course, the food itself). The location was great -- just a 10-15 minute walk to Breckenridge's main street. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the mattresses were extremely soft, which was uncomfortable for much of the family. This was pretty much the only negative point, however. We would still definitely consider staying here again.

This is a great place in a great location. We had two adult couples and a 5-year-old and all had plenty of room to spread out. An easy walk to town and right at the bottom of the lift/trails.
