Comfortable and well stocked

We had such a wonderful time staying at the Roundhouse. We were a family of 3 and a family of 6, and there was plenty of room. Cooking there was easy as there was everything we needed and more. It was all very clean, except the floor was sandy or gritty. That was the ONLY thing we noticed that wasn’t perfect. Thank you!

Great view but could use a little TLC

The house itself is very unique and cool and we loved the view and the beds were pretty comfortable. Our AC on the one side of the house was broken and we called several times and no one ever called us back or came to fix it so it was pretty miserable for the 3 people that had to sleep in the back bedrooms. It was a hot week so usually by the end of the day, that side of the house was 78 degrees, with the shades shut. The code they gave us when we arrived was also wrong and after trying a million times between all of us, we had to call Vacasa and sit on hold for several minutes and then the code they gave us was completely different so that was a little irritating as well. Parts of the deck could really use attention and there was a lot of lightbulbs out and they flicker whenever you run water throughout the whole house. We loved the kitchen, jetted tub, and hot tub!

Beautiful views

We loved staying at the round house. Bright house, with amazing views of the various Breckenridge peaks, comfortable and well stocked with all the things we would need. Just minutes from Main Street and the gondola. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Amazing, accessible location with great amenities

Great location with amazing views. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking in and well stocked with essential items. The furniture is extremely comfortable, including the beds. The jetted tub in the master bathroom was a huge plus and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. Being all on one level meant I could navigate with my power wheelchair with zero difficulty which meant I was able to actually enjoy the trip instead of spending it in pain. I use a lite rider envy which handled the small bump between the master suite and the kitchen with zero difficulty. I also brought a folding shower bench to place in the shower. This meant there was only a small step into the shower. The tub has enough of a ledge it was very easy to transfer from the wheelchair. The toilets do not have grab bars nor room to really get the wheelchair close enough to transfer directly from wheelchair to toilet. If you are disabled, know that is a VRBO that is accessible for ambulatory wheelchair users without having to compromise on any amenities. The thermostats were a bit tricky to set and I recommended giving future guests more clear instructions. The lights flicker when water is running and I also suggest getting that fixed. The checkout instructions were vague: While we did not find any large trash bins in the garage, we did place our trash bags in the garage because we were uncertain what to do with them. We started the dishwasher, put used towels in the laundry hamper, and folded the comforters on the beds we slept in at the foot of the bed to make changing the sheets easier. We left the extra paper towels we purchased in the kitchen because we did not have room for them in the car. The shelf for the fridge we took out to fit groceries in is under the kitchen sink. :-) We sincerely look forward to coming back and staying here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great experience at this special rental with picture perfect views. The house is so unique, we even had someone stop by to admire its architecture. The place is very spacious with lots of room to hangout and plenty of options for privacy as well. The beds are super comfy, bathrooms are around every corner, the kitchen is loaded with every gadget and the hot tub is the icing on the cake. Wonderful option for families and friends, will stay again!
