Summary:
This intimate and inviting condo in the heart of Breckenridge offers unparalleled access to Peak 9 at Breckenridge Ski Resort and historic Main Street as well as countless recreation opportunities. With two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, you will find it has a focus on comfort and convenience with sleeping accommodations for eight, a charming outdoor deck, and an open-concept layout that, coupled with its unbeatable location, make it an ideal gateway to all that Breckenridge has to offer.

The Space:
The moment you walk into this space, you will feel at home with its cozy furnishings, open-concept layout, and classic cabin ambiance that make it an ideal gateway to your Breckenridge adventures. As soon as you enter, you will find ample storage awaits, with a bench and a cubby for boots and skis at your immediate disposal. A laundry/cleaning closet with a stackable washer and dryer is also readily available for your use in the entry.

Unload your gear and prepare to relax in the homey living space, fully outfitted with two plush couches, a spacious coffee table, large, flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. Kick back and take in a favorite movie or show as you warm up by the fire and enjoy nature views from the large patio windows/door.

The fireplace’s radiant warmth extends to a charming dining area with seating for six that serves as an ideal bridge between the kitchen and living spaces, allowing you to dig into a meal or tackle a game while staying central to it all. Situated next to the picturesque, outdoor deck space, the dining area also offers up abundant natural light and allows you to take in the tranquility of the trees without leaving the comforts of home.

Just off of the dining area, you will be delighted by the updated kitchen featuring gorgeous granite countertops, a bar/serving area with seating for two, generous cabinet and counter space, and beautiful finishes throughout. Fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a go-to recipe, the chef in your group can move through this lovely space with ease while the open-concept layout keeps them in close proximity so they don’t have to miss a single moment. If outdoor grilling is more your speed, a fabulous deck situated just off of the living/dining/kitchen area features a propane grill and patio seating for two with views of the pines along the pathway to the slopes at Peak 9.

When it’s time to rest up before another day of exploration and recreation, head downstairs where you will find two beautiful bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms await. A half, powder bath with single sink vanity is located just at the bottom of the stairs, allowing for convenient access to the entry and living area as well as the nearby bedrooms. Down the hallway, the first fabulous bedroom boasts a luxurious, king-size bed, dual nightstands with lamps, a closet, and a large, flat-screen TV, making it a well-appointed and relaxing space for you to unwind. The second bedroom serves as an efficient and fun bunk room with two sets of bunk beds - one twin-over-twin and the other a twin-over-full - as well as a side table, lamp, and flat-screen TV. A full bathroom with a roomy, double sink vanity, and walk-in shower is located just steps from both bedrooms for easy access.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole home as well as two parking spaces directly in front of the home or any other available space in the parking lot. Guests will also have access (COVID permitting) to the nearby Columbine Pool and Hot Tubs, which were recently renovated.

The Neighborhood:
This home literally places you in the heart of all that Breckenridge has to offer with unbeatable proximity to the city, slopes, and recreation. Walking distance to both Breckenridge's historic Main Street, with its countless eateries, shops, breweries, and galleries, and Peak 9 at Breckenridge Ski Resort, you are also a stone's through from the Columbine Pool and a short drive from hiking trails such as the Illinois Creek Trailhead. Enjoy ice sports at the Stephen C West Ice Arena or paddleboard at Maggie Pond at the base of Peak 9 in the summer months. For a one-of-a-kind experience, take a 10-minute stroll and do some troll hunting for the unique, larger-than-life "Isak Heartstone" in Illinois Gulch. If you want to make the most of your time in beautiful Breckenridge, it doesn't get better than this perfectly-situated home away from home.

Getting Around:
Exploring all the Breckenridge has to offer could not be easier as this condo places you minutes from Main Street, is only a 10-minute walk to the QuickSilver SuperChair at Peak 9 of Breckenridge Ski Resort, and is just steps from a bus stop connecting you to the entire Breck Free Ride bus system. As its name implies, the Breck Free Ride buses are FREE and connect you to all that Breckenridge has to offer. You can also hop on the FREE Main Street Trolley, which stops along Main Street and passes many of Breckenridge's historical buildings. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. There are portable fans located throughout the home for your use if needed.

Great little condo with everything you could need!
Cozy little place! We had three kids (two teens) two parents. Bunks were great, beds were very comfy. The walk to the lift is… quite the warm up exercise but doable. Everything was clean and in good order. Access to the hill and hot tub was great.

The location was convenient for catching the free trolly into town or walking. Having a full sized kitchen was nice as was having a washer & dryer. The large sofa sectional was .great for multiple people & comfortable. Other positive features include a powder room. The a quick response to questions was appreciated. Negatives There is a step up into the powder room that tripped everyone. Seating on the patio deck would have been nice. There were no hooks to hang wet towels. Overall good experience & we would rent it again. We would rent the unit again.
