Just imagine it’s one of those perfect Breckenridge mornings: Bright sunshine, clear blue skies, and fresh snow on the slopes. You pour your first cup of coffee and look outside to see the Independence SuperChair lift right outside your window. At that moment, you know you’ve made the right choice in booking Crystal Peak Pioneer for your family and friends. They will thank you for it again and again!

Crystal Peak Lodge is one of Breck’s premier ski-in, ski-out resort properties; you’re literally steps from the slopes. And Crystal Peak Pioneer Condo is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo (with great updates) that’s perfect for groups of up to six people. The living area features beautiful leather furniture and overlooks the Peak 7 base area and the Pioneer ski run. The views from the adjacent deck are great, too! The kitchen features updated quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and accessories you’ll need to keep your group happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the counter.

You’ll also enjoy full access to the pool, on site hot tubs, spa and bowling alley at the adjacent One Ski Hill Place Resort, making this a vacation experience you’ll remember forever. The gondola even stops right in front of this building as well, providing excellent access to the Peak 8 base area and downtown Breckenridge. Other amenities include flat-screen TVs in the living area and both bedrooms, complimentary Wi-Fi, a private washer/dryer, and garage parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Girls ski trip

My friends and I had a great time at the resort. Location was perfect and the room provided everything we needed. The temperature in the room was consistently 75 degrees even with the heat off. We needed to keep the doors and windows open to keep temps around 70. Our only complaint.

Great place

The property and condo were clean and stocked with everything we could need. The beds and couch were comfortable. The guest bathroom shower did not drain properly and would flood the floor, so we were all showering in the master bathroom which was a little inconvenient but not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful property.

The location could not be more perfect! Gives new meaning to ski in/ski out. The condo itself is beautiful and equipped with anything you could want. Fabulous, big kitchen and bathrooms. Right next to the gondola as well. It was perfect for our family of 5 adults.

Wonderful stay and location!

Great property and really enjoyed the sister property amenities at One Ski Hill of bowling (we’d stayed there before on a previous trip and I took my 5 year old for his first bowling trip this time!). The ice maker and water dispenser was not working on the refrigerator this trip but the management was as on it as possible (it needed a new condenser, so weren’t able to fix during our stay but they offered to bring up ice and worked with us to make it a non issue). We would stay here again any time and would recommend!

True Ski In/Out on Peak 7

The condo is very spacious as described and has all the amenities you will need. Flooring is heated in main bedroom/bathroom. Ample extra blankets, towels, and floor fans. Ski locker is in lower level, steps from the lift. The gondola into town is also adjacent to the building and very convenient. We had some issues with the dryer and WIFI; however, the property manager was very prompt to troubleshoot. Be aware of the loud music that is played from the property/bar next door daily from ~10 am-5 pm that spills into the unit, with increased volume on weekends. Hot tubs are great for relaxing overlooking the hill. Parking was no issue and very convenient. This is a true ski in/out unit with a lovely view of the mountain. A great stay overall.

Ski Getaway

My family and I live within 2 hours from Breckenridge. We love to plan spontaneous ski trips. Crystal Peak Lodge was an amazing experience. Having the lifts right behind the building and ski school next door made everything quick and seamless. There was plenty of fun to be had between the 2 buildings. We would definitely book again!

Short stay for wedding at Sevens

Very clean! New washer/dryer and tidy space. Was just what we needed and as so close to the wedding venue. Slight issue with keys (didn’t work initially) but management company was VERY responsive! Incredible view of mountain and quiet in mid-June. Great value!

Peak 7 easy peasy

We had a wonderful three night stay in this large two bedroom condo. The lift is right outside the door and it could not have been easier to get on the mountain. The ski locker area is right by the slopes and it made getting on and off the mountain super easy. The place was very nice with plenty of dishes/cookware, etc. The beds were very comfortable. even the pullout sofa in the den had a comfortable mattress. Both bathrooms were large and nice. The hot tub and steam shower were great to finish the day. The one thing that you do have to consider is being that close to the slopes means it's a little noisy. You may want to bring a noise maker if you're a light sleeper. Overall it was an excellent value and a super comfortable spot.

Crystal Peak Lodge is a great place to take friends or family to enjoy the slopes. The setting is perfect. Management was quick to respond to all our needs. The place was as advertised and we enjoyed it very much. This is the second time I've rented here and I'll be back in March for a third!

Very beautiful location and condo!

We just had a great stay at pioneer! Overall 5 stars for sure. The check in process was good, however it took a bit to get the key and get up to the property, so it was a bit delayed to get into the condo. It’s a beautiful location with access to the gondola right out of the door. Very easy access to activities and food either on property or downtown via the gondola. The ONLY small MINOR item I would say is there is a restaurant outside of the window that played LOUD music directly towards the condo windows which during the summer, the windows have to stay open (no AC). I mentioned this to the restaurant management and they either turned it down or off. Be warned it’s not a “quiet” condo in the summer with the windows open. If that doesn’t bother you (and it only did a couple times for us) then it’s no big deal at all! The pictures of this condo don’t do it justice. It’s VERY nice!!!
