Wonderful location! Easy walk to Gondola or the shuttle. Very close to Main Street too! The hot tub is also great after a day on the slopes!

Amazing location, cozy cabin vibes and unforgettable views! Hot tub was great to have after a day on the slopes and host made sure that you have small necessities like laundry detergent, soap and paper products! Would HIGHLY recommend and plan to sta here in the future!

We had a great stay at this property. The location is excellent with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The home was clean and well-equipped, with almost everything you would need for a comfortable stay. A couple of small improvements could make it even better: the toaster is quite worn(works though but visually rust was seen) and could be replaced, and the blankets would benefit from a deep wash or renewal. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant place to stay.

We really loved our stay here. The location was awesome and walking distance to everything off Main Street. We were surprised by how large the space was with two bedrooms and two baths. everything was so cozy! Highly recommend this day to anyone visiting Breck.

Clean and convenient!

The property was very clean and well-kept! Check-in was easy and covered parking was a nice bonus. The space was perfect for our group of 3 and the location between the gondola and downtown could not be more convenient.

Convenient condo with good access to the mountain.

Not an overly large unit, but good for two couples. Restaurants, shops and the gondola were a short walk.

We had a great time at the property. It was very clean upon arrival and communication was good. We did have someone put a very adhesive, large no parking sticker on our window due to not being able to find the parking pass within a couple of hours. I would suggest putting it in direct view on a table. It was very small and hanging on a hook with keys placed in front of it. (Trash and hot tub) not something you're really using straight away. All in all, the property was perfect for our needs. As a suggestion, maybe a welcome kit with local recommendations and unit information in a booklet on a table. There is a free bus within 30 seconds that takes you to Peak 7 and Peak 8.

The condo is in a great location… however the noise from the upstairs people is unbearable. They walk around 24/7 in ski boots while moving furniture. It was at 3am, midnight, 4pm, 9pm… all day and night non stop. We were unable to sleep the entire time. The door lock on the front door was jiffy, it took us about 10-15 try’s to get it open or to lock it. We tried to contact the agent, and got a text message back. I’m sorry, but I would not stay here again.

Everything We Needed

We’ve used VRBO for many of our recent family adventures. The property was as advertised. Everything went as expected. No issues or problems. Would definitely stay here again.

Don’t even think about it just book it

This place is right in the heart of Breckenridge. It’s a five minute walk to the gondola and then you can take the 4 o’clock run and it’s about a three minute walk at the end of the day from that. I have never stayed in a VRBO that was better stocked than this place. It had plenty of toilet tissue, paper towels, dishwasher pods a couple of packs of detergent for the washing machine on property. The beds were comfortable yes the bedspreads are a little outdated, but who cares this place is amazing. The fireplace was great and really warmed the room so easy with the flip of a switch. The parking lot was awesome. FYI, make sure you get a four-wheel-drive vehicle if you’re coming in the winter we did not, and it was super stressful. There is a snow shovel on the patio off the primary bedroom. Anyways, I will definitely stay here again. Even the hide a bed was pretty comfortable. You cannot beat this place for location price and amenities. If you’re going to rent any equipment, you can get a discount by doing it in advance through Christy’s and that is right across the street.
