Updated condo, great location

We enjoyed our summer stay and the location was great for exploring Breckenridge. We appreciated the garage parking and access to the pool/hot tubs. Other folks staying at this complex complained of noise outside at night, but this unit faces the stream which was lovely and we slept wonderfully. Would definitely stay here again.

The entire reservation and stay were seamless and the cleanliness and professionalism was outstanding. This was my 2nd stay at this property through Vacasa and I couldn't be happier both times. I recomend this property in the heart of Breckenridge and Vacasa as highly as I can. A great experience!

This 2 bedroom is top floor and top notch. Everything is clean and modern, kitchen is well equipped and beds are super comfortable. We loved the location and the views and never needed our car while staying here. Walk to everything, including a concert at Riverwalk Cener. We will be returning to this exact condo !

Breckenridge Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The best location in Breck! Easy walking around town, lots of shopping, restaurants and breweries! Hot tub after a horseback ride was the best! Underground parking on the grounds was fantastic as well! Condo was very nice and not much to change it besides a more comfortable bed! But it’s not home! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

This home is exactly as advertised. It is spacious and although only a two bedroom, has plenty of comfortable sleep space for up to 8 adults. Having the amenities of home like a fully stocked kitchen and a standard sized washer/dryer makes it that much more convenient. Don’t hesitate to book!

Great Condo with GREAT Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this Condo. The unit appeared to be newly renovated and was very nice and spacious. New Washer & Dryer that we used a lot. Bedroom with 2 beds was huge. We loved the location...very close to chair lift and village with restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended. We tried to rent it for the same week next year and it was already gone.

Great comfortable space- No A/C in summer

This unit was gorgeous and my family of 5 was super comfortable in the space. The view of the river was great, and kitchen was well stocked. We did stay in summer, and in the height of the afternoon with full sun on the unit it was hot. We kept the windows open in the evening and throughout the night, and using the box fans in the closest we were perfectly comfortable and slept great. Location was perfect and it was easy to walk everywhere and catch the free trolley right across the street. Would stay again!

Great centrally located condo!

Absolutely central location…worked perfectly. Even without A/C in late June the beautifully decorated and homey unit was very comfortable. The only caution is to make sure the elevator is functioning. To be fair, we were warned if its maintenance and acknowledged it. But climbing 3-5 flights of stairs each time we went out was brutal.

Great 1 Night Stay

We had a lovely stay in this unit. I took my parents up to Breckenridge for one night, and this was a perfect accommodation for all of us. All appliances and finishes were top notch. I slept in the King bed that was very comfortable. My parents slept in the double queen room, as they wanted the en-suite. The second bathroom was at the end of the hall, so whoever stays in the king has to walk a little ways down the hall to get there. It was lovely having the windows open and listening to the river below. The view was spectacular. We were happy to find that the designated parking area (gated) allowed us to choose our spot so we could back our bike rack up against the wall. There is also free bike valet in the bike shop at Main St. Station - fyi.

Elevator inoperable

Unit was fine. Had to walk up 5 stories to get to the unit. I am 85 years old so it limited the times I left the unit. It was not ADA compliant. Staff tried their best to help us. Also finding the correct underground parking area was a nightmare.
