Amazing condo with super close proximity to ski slopes and walking distance to downtown Breck! Everything was so clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. They even provided a bag of coffee grounds for the week! Definitely we will be back! Host was great!
Loved the location.Price was very good.Loved that there was 3 beds in loft. Loft is definitely cramped though odd layout.Dish washer needed attached to cabinet. Over all stay was good.
We loved the location and feel of the place. Short walk to Main Street. The stairs to upstairs are very steep and you could easily hear other people outside in the early morning but other than that we enjoyed our stay! Would recommend!
Great location, check in was easy. Property management was able to provide me with a parking pass since I didn't print it prior to the trip. Place actually had a lot more room than expected. Would definitely recommend!
My friend and I stayed at Lances West 13. I forgot to bring the printed off parking pass, so I called and they had a parking pass for me at the office upon my arrival. The loft was clean, warm and inviting. We would definitely stay again. I used the hair dryer provided and accidentally set off the circuit breaker. I had to call after hours maintenance and was helped straight away. The property was nice. The hot tub was relaxing. We were only there two days, but it was a nice place that we would stay at again.
We always enjoy staying in Columbine loop because it is so close to town, the Blue River and is very peaceful.
This particular location was just ok. The kitchen and parts of the bathroom really only seem to be the things updated at this location. However, the dishwasher was not properly installed and fell forward any time we tried to load and unload. The kitchen and living room are very spacious. The couches are very worn in but were very comfortable.
The bed was very uncomfortable and the bedroom was very stuffy at night (no ceiling fan). The bedroom is located right by the front door and all windows lead out to where people walk by, so we were unable to open the windows to cool off the room since we visited in July. We were able to get box fans from the company which was very helpful and appreciated.
Some things to keep in mind:
- You will need to bring atleast $5 in quarters to do a full load of laundry (wash and dry). There is no change machine and found it difficult to find someone to exchange for quarters.
- It was listed that the pool and hot tub were open till 10pm (on the listing and in the condo). When we arrived and tried to use the hot tubs at 8pm the doors were already locked and found out later the times had changed. I would double check with the listening if this is something you look forward to.
- The bathroom has very low ceilings. Anyone over 6ft might be pretty cramped.
- The stairs to the loft are basically a ladder, very small and narrow. I would not suggest for small children.
- There is no shade on the front door that looks right into the hallway and living room. We used a towel to cover the window at night.
- Located on the 3rd floor with uncovered stairs.
It was a great fit for our family of four. I somehow overlooked that there was only one bathroom, but we made it work. The fireplace was cozy and it was nice to be able to have a full kitchen to cook in during our stay. It was hard to find the right building and then unit, because it is not clearly marked from the parking area...and the unit is up two flights of stairs. We were also disappointed to find out we could have made hot tub reservations, but once we discovered that there weren’t any available times. There was a note included in some of the check information regarding it, but there was also else information stating that summit county has said these amenities closed due to Covid.
This place overall was nice. It was small and cozy, perfect for our family of 3. The main bedroom bed was very uncomfortable, which is a big deal when you are out hiking and biking during the day and want a good nights sleep. The place was not very clean from coffee stains on the kitchen walls, dirty rug, and a clogged bathroom sink.
