Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Important Winter Advisory:
Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Great getaway!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Great location! Right between Breckenridge and Frisco. Only about 10 minutes from each downtown area - easy drive. Enjoyed the sunrise on a small trail a short drive away - Sapphire Point. Good times adventures is also a short drive away. Kitchen well equipped. Heater and hot water worked very well. Garage and mudroom is a major plus! The garage is a a bit tight so just be careful pulling in and out. We had a Land Rover Sport for reference. Great stay overall.

Great place, worked great for our couple of nights by Breck. Incredibly well stocked, lots of towels, etc. Super close to trails, plus right between Breck and Frisco. Only slight issue is that we never got a parking pass even after asking for it, but we parked in the garage so not an issue.

First trip to CO was incredible!

This property was just what we were looking for. It was very conveniently located between Frisco and Breckenridge but quiet and not directly in the hub bub of downtown. The condo was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. We will definitely come back and stay again!

Cozy Modern Condo

Our family of four adults enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo. Convenient location to Breckenridge and Keystone where we skiied and other resorts. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was well stocked. You can tell the owner takes pride in this property and made sure we had everything we needed. We’re bookmarking this one!

A great location, clean & well appointed. Beautiful setting. Only problem was we needed 2 WORKING showers. The 2nd shower was broken, dripping 24/7. Wasting a lot of water. The response to my reporting this was “sorry for the inconvenience”.

Great stay for a family, highly recommend.

Our family of five stayed here for four nights at the end of August. Good location, great price, all the amenities we needed and easy to communicate with the property manager if we had questions. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
